I ordered take out on the phone. The phone girl jwana was awesome and repeated everything back to be to make sure everything was correct, although the phones were a bit iffy. Asked for her name to leave a review as its my first time ordering here, and wanted to leave a review. I rarely leave 5 stars as im very picky, but the service here was incredible and the food was delicious. Lots of cheese on my pizza and just the right amount of sauce just how I like it. I ordered the special that included a large pizza and some mozzarella sticks. When I walked in I was met with this older lady with red, almost purple hair instantly and I felt so welcomed. I loved how old school the whole place felt, it was nostalgic. I will definitely be coming back here again!

Only had lunch with an Italian Tomato and Onion salad but it was delicious! Tomatoes, green peppers and onions in olive oil. Very good. Highly recommend.

We went here on a sunday for brunch time breakfast. The hostess and waitress were super friendly and attentive. I ordered a soda with no ice, and just as I always hope, the soda is refrigerated and doesn't need it. It's a really big glass, also. I ordered the Chuck steak and eggs for $ 11.95. The steak was cooked a perfect medium. It was a good piece of meat, too. The eggs we're a little bit over done on the bottom. But, they were still cooked over easy none the less. With good hash browns and well buttered toast. I came away feeling like I got my money's worth for sure. That was the third time we ate there. After 3 visits, I can say each one was as good as the other. Like many restaurants on the south side. They could use a decor update in the dining room area. As long as the restaurant is clean and the booths are still in good shape, I'm not going to care too much. That was the case here. The owners said thank you and goodbye as we were leaving, and I gave compliments to the chef. I completely recommend this restaurant for a good quiet meal.

My Grandson is on the spectrum and won't eat pizza unless it's cut in pie slices.I tell them this and they say sure we can do that and it's always cut in squares and there's never anybody there to make another one or give a refund.third time this happened.
The food is delicious. The presentation on deliveries is not the greatest as they use Styrofoam containers, which makes everything look so messy and stained. Service is not the best. When you call the restaurant, they say hello but not the name of the restaurant you’re calling. I’ve ordered delivery twice and each time they forgot one of the items. The delivery staff were great. just be hesitant when you place an order as they may not include all the items.

Had a bit of a shocking experience this evening. Ordered pizza on door dash from Saraphinos. the app said to expect a 35 minute wait for delivery. After about 50 minutes, we gave them a phone call. I was greeted with an incredibly unprofessional woman who said my pizza would be 1.5 hours, not 35 minutes and after asking several times she said she could not give me an ETA. Quote “you’ll get the pizza when it’s ready and it will be delicious.”
I told them they were speaking unprofessionally. she said “i don’t know what to tell ya”
Fast forward to 1 hour and 40 minutes after placing the order, we were informed it was canceled.
We were staying at a hotel for a family funeral and a driver from Saraphinos met us. He said “i have the pizza in my car but I’m not giving it to you until you pay me $80 cash”
We explained that we paid- our bank account shows we paid. He said “I don’t care, i’m not giving the pizza without money”. This was now the second individual from this establishment that was rude and unhelpful. I asked if he had any solutions other than us paying an additional $80 ($160 for 2 pizzas???) He said no.
We told him to kindly have a good day and are now headed out for food elsewhere 2.5 hours after ordering.
I ask that in the event of a mistake, you respond to your customers with a little more care and appropriate language, as you never know what they went through that day.
