Learn some CUSTOMER SERVICE & GET NEW MANAGEMENT !!! I went in there before some weekly grocery shopping I timed 5 minutes we were waiting to be helped everyone "working" seemed to care less to do there job. A female came by BUT COMPLETELY IGNORED US NO HI WE'LL BE RIGHT WITH YOU NOTHING. Y'all were not busy AT ALL they were more then 6 employees I counted and not one of them could TAKE OUR ORDER for whatever reason . I WORK IN CUSTOMER SERVICE AND I WOULD NEVER EVER TREAT A CUSTOMER HOW Y'ALL TREATED US.. DONT WASTED YOU'RE TIME OR MONEY!!!!!!!!!!! THEY DONT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS .

Always friendly lunch staff. Wish they had some more help. I noticed when it's busy they don't really have the time to clean off tables as often due to lunch rush and mobile orders. But they still remain happy and friendly. Wish you guys had gardinara though

This sucks to write because we usually rely on this location for a quick easy dinner, but this one sucked to the extent we had to write a review. We got a pick up order and opened them at home to find one sandwich had two pieces of ham and minimal lettuce. The expectation was low but for $10 a sandwich we expect a sandwich that has some resemblance of the toppings we ordered. I am giving this subway 2 stars for the number of pieces of ham on the sandwich.

Now I order my food online and thus is the third time I get my order wrong and I live in Greenfield I really don't have to go there but there was good until inprder on line there online order really suckim better of goingin person so I can observe them making my sandwich so there no mistakes

The ladies working here took their time talking and slowly working when i said i was on a time schedule. They had no sense of quickness and clearly were working for the time payed and not how much effort the put in.

I just received a door dash order from this store. The sub was very poorly made and missing elements. I tried to call 8 times and no one picked up the phone. My $16 sub looks like something from the scrap bin.

The slowest subway I've ever been to. I've tried different times of the day and night always plan on being there 25 minutes or longer. Have gone during my 30 min lunch break took the entire 30 mins. Some night there are 10 people waiting, which means you will be waiting a good 40 + mins. what happened to all the good subway stores.

This is quite possibly the slowest subway of all time. These employees also just only do online orders and blatantly ignore you. It’s also food wise one of the worst subways. Stay away from this location!
