The staff is very helpful and friendly. My disappointment comes in with the food, not so much the quality, but temperature.
I cannot understand how you can order chicken, asked for it to be warmed and also the bun toasted, but the cheese isn't melted and the meat feels cold to the touch. It might just be that the equipment needs some fine tuning. Hopefully they can fix this.

I've been visiting this Subway location for the past 6 to 7 months, and I can honestly say it's one of the best experiences I've had. The sandwiches are consistently excellent – always fresh, flavorful, and made to perfection. The staff is friendly and efficient, and they always make sure to customize my order just the way I like it. I highly recommend this Subway to anyone looking for a delicious and satisfying meal. Truly one of the finest!

The wait here is pretty bad. Placed an online order at 5:00 with an ETA of 5:20. Order wasn't ready until after 6:00.

Not only was the service horribly slow and rude, but it they made my sub on what seemed to be a bread that was a week old. It's a blessing that I didn't chip a tooth. I shouldn't be able to pound nails with my sub. Maybe they thought the soggy lettuce would offset the viagra bread, but no such luck. I Do not recommend eating at this location for anyone and frankly, the chain should look into shutting it down if the service I received is more than an isolated incident. Absolutely disgusting.

I have always ordered my subs at this location and almost always never had an issue. The staff is friendly and the service has always been good. Only twice in the years that I've been coming here have they gotten my order wrong. Yesterday for the first time my sub was not fresh. I had ordered a #18 and the pepperoni and genoa meat had dry hardened spots on them like it had been left out over night. The vegtables didn’t taste fresh it tastes soggy and bitter. My sandwich was disgusting. If it happens again I'll be looking for a different location to purchase my subs.

Y'all were not busy AT ALL they were more then 6 employees I counted and not one of them could TAKE OUR ORDER for whatever reason . Always friendly lunch staff. Wish they had some more help. I noticed when it's busy they don't really have the time to clean off tables as often due to lunch rush and mobile orders. But they still remain happy and friendly. Wish you guys had gardinara though

This sucks to write because we usually rely on this location for a quick easy dinner, but this one sucked to the extent we had to write a review. We got a pick up order and opened them at home to find one sandwich had two pieces of ham and minimal lettuce. The expectation was low but for $10 a sandwich we expect a sandwich that has some resemblance of the toppings we ordered. I am giving this subway 2 stars for the number of pieces of ham on the sandwich.
Now I order my food online and thus is the third time I get my order wrong and I live in Greenfield I really don't have to go there but there was good until inprder on line there online order really suckim better of goingin person so I can observe them making my sandwich so there no mistakes
