I just received a door dash order from this store. The sub was very poorly made and missing elements. I tried to call 8 times and no one picked up the phone. My $16 sub looks like something from the scrap bin.

The slowest subway I've ever been to. I've tried different times of the day and night always plan on being there 25 minutes or longer. Have gone during my 30 min lunch break took the entire 30 mins. Some night there are 10 people waiting, which means you will be waiting a good 40 + mins. what happened to all the good subway stores.

This is quite possibly the slowest subway of all time. These employees also just only do online orders and blatantly ignore you. It’s also food wise one of the worst subways. Stay away from this location!

Just had the absolute weirdest experience ever here. Stood waiting for about 10 minutes while one guy finished up some sandwiches, then couldn't figure out how to ring up his customer's order, while the other woman who was working made 2 footlong subs for a pickup order literally as slowly as possible. It was like she was working in slow motion, almost comical. While I was waiting, 4 other people came in. Before I even got to order, 2 of the people left cause of the insanely long wait. Finally, the guy came to take my order. I ordered a foot long turkey and cheese and 2 6inch ham and cheese. He made the turkey sub first, but there were only 4 slices in the cold bin that they take the meat from. He put 3 of the slices on one side of the footlong and the other slice on the other. Then he threw in some chunks of cheese. He was really struggling with fine motor skills...took minutes to put his gloves on, couldn't figure out how to separate cheese slices. He looked for the mayo for awhile and finally put some on once his coworker handed him the bottle. He wrapped it fully up and put it in the bag and came back and looked at me. I repeated the order for 2 6inch ham and cheese. He again struggled to cut the bread and separate the cheese, giving up and just putting thick torn chunks of cheese on the sandwiches. He hadn't cut the bread well, so was just trying to shove the toppings into the little hole in the bread. Finally he put 5 slices of ham on one sandwich, then 2 on the other sandwich. I was in the store at least 25 minutes at this point and was the only customer who had been served. I gave dude the benefit of the doubt on the turkey, but once I saw how butchered the ham sandwiches also were, I told them I was sorry but I would have to pass on the sandwiches. I felt a bit bad, but I couldn't spend a bunch of money on the sandwiches not to hurt feelings. The whole experience was just plain odd. I definitely don't recommend this location. Instead, we went to Cousin's and got great, fresh sandwiches made quickly.

Place was clean but employees didn't seem to know the sandwiches and what was all on them. I had 3 sandwiches I needed and I needed and because of the unknown of the products, it confused me as well. They were very respectful though

Closed at 7 on Fathers Day, showed up at 6:50 and they had the doors locked. The employee, that was standing at the register doing nothing, kept pointing to the sign. I called and asked if I could come in because they’re still open, very rudely she said their closed. It’s the same employee that made my sandwich incorrectly last time I was there and continued to make it even though I was obviously not satisfied. That’s fine I’ll go to the competitor!!
