I've been to the Brewer Way location and it was terrible. I tried this place a year ago and it was only ok, but this time (a couple days ago) was different. Both my wife and I were pleasantly surprised. 2-10 pack of wings and parmesan fries were done the way we ordered, everything was hot when we got them, it was on time for my pick up, and it all tasted really good. The service was really good also. Maybe I got lucky, but hopefully it's like this all the time now.

This location makes Buffalo Wild Wings seem like it should have a Michelin Star. You can tell the oil is never changed out and everything tastes like dog food. Incompetent management and staff.

I love coming to this location over Miller Parkway location …. My food is always on time and Fresh. The workers here are super friendly and welcoming.

I had to return to the restaurant because my order did not match what was on the receipt, which was both inconvenient and frustrating. When I came back to have it corrected, the staff member claimed I hadn’t mentioned an issue with the fries. I clarified that one of the employees had already placed the fries behind the counter, and my wings were also not cooked as requested. Since both items were part of the same order, I expected the entire issue to be properly acknowledged and resolved without confusion.

Unfortunately my experience this time was horrible. I called today at 11:19 as I checked their hours and they close at 12am . The female employee answer the phone and immediately puts me on hold . From 11:19 to 11:42. Then proceeds to tell me she can't take my order . She didn't take my call in purpose so she can deny me service. I told her I called before hand and she acted very rude and unprofessional. I understand life is hard, but I called way before they closed . If the hours states they are open until 12am, they should be available until then.also, what happened to nice customer service!? I understand is a low minimum wage job, I worked retail before. But is not my fault the employee doesn't like their job. Is extremely unfortunate and again unprofessional.
