Absolutely vile. Wings were terrible. Dry to the bone… the flats were nothing but skin and the fries were cold and on top of ALL THAT …. THEY FORGOT MY RANCHHHH . Drove all the way home to this mess and when I tried calling I waited for 30 mins with no answer and just hung up . Will never come back .

The food is alright. But the service is terrible. Plus they take forever to make your order. I should’ve not have to wait damn near 20 minutes for my order to get done. Especially when I’m the only order.

First time ordering from here. Ordered online for carryout. Food was ready for pick up in about 15 minutes. Order was correct. Ordered both boneless and traditional wings. Food was pretty good. Reasonably priced. We'll probably be back.

Had a order placed online and messed up the count and wrong sauce was added called it in had them remake it again explained the order thoroughly and still cant make it correct…employees look like they are working high

Ordered from here a few times and this is the second time they forget my ranch double check when ordering from them
Pick up order. Fries were cold and they left out all the veggies. Called to speaker to the manager and was put on hold. By the time the manager answered the phone we were able to get back in the car and drive 15 minutes back to the restaurant before they answered. Manager lacked manners and had little concern. Would not recommend. You’re better off going to B-dubs or microwaving frozen wings and fries from pick and save.

I ordered through Door Dash a 6 count chicken tender with fries and veggies. When our food arrived we opened the sealed bag and the fries were missing. Yes we updated Door Dash with this information but I called the store. I asked how was it possible for the establishment to forget the completed order. The person stated, “It’s only 4 of us and it’s really busy”. Leader’s or those in charge need to look at consistency and quality of services being provided. If your establishment is open and serving customers you should ensure quality is provided. It doesn’t take much to ensure your customers are getting what they paid for.

Don't order here if you're short on time. 20 minute wait on the app turned into 40 so I clocked in late for my lunch.
I don't mind waiting but giving such false estimates is really garbage.

Dude at the counter is incompetent as hell. Waited 30 minutes to find out they gave my order to someone else. Could’ve written the order down in toddler font and the dude at the counter would’ve eaten the paper.

I don’t review really at all but this was too ridiculous not to complain about lol. I ordered 20 classic bone in wings and instead got a jumbled mess of poorly sauced boneless wings. Lesson learned, I will never again be a customer of wingstop.
