Highly recommend you have a staff member walk through your room with you before you check out to validate the condition you are leaving it in. Not sure what’s going on there but we were wrongly accused of conditions we did not leave. Cost us $75 as a result of their error as to which room it came from. They also would not answer direct questions that might have exonerated us.
We stayed with a large group, 50+ people, this past week. Restaurant received positive reviews, great pool area next to a large space people could gather. It was nice to be close to touristy areas but still have nature views. Staff was pleasant and helpful.
