Very friendly place! The burgers and Alfredo were spot on. And they have a quarter "Bonus Hole" game.
We have stopped here several years in a row for fish fry as we have family in the area. We stopped here long ago when it was The Narrow Gauge. Always good food and pretty good drinks and beer. When they are busy be sure to order two drinks at a time as it may take a while to get your next drink. Very friendly with good food! Nice beer selection as well.

The getaway is a great place to go and get some really great food and meet some really great people. Linda and George are awesome hosts. George does a fabulous job of cooking. They have a great menu with some specials that are above and beyond good. Weekends here can be very busy but that's a testament to the food quality and the location. There's Sunday pizza special is a great deal as is all their daily specials. The garlic parmesan wings are our favorite. Best in the area by far

The Friday fish was awful and the baked potatoes looked like they weren't even washed. It was busy when we got there. Asked if we could share a table with a couple. She said no, her daughter was coming. We stood at the bar for 30 minutes while waiting for our food. By the time we left the lady's daughter never showed up. Why did she have to lie to us and be so rude?
