My mom and I went here on a whim around 3 pm on a Sunday. We walked into the restaurant and there was literally no other customers nor was there anyone at the desk. We waited about a minute for the waitress to even come out of the back to notice our arrival. I ordered a cup of chicken and rice soup along with a medium done cheeseburger (with cheddar jack cheese) and 'ladder fries'. My biggest issue: I was really excited for my soup. I love chicken and rice soups, and I was really in the mood. But five minutes after we order, the waitress comes back and says that the cooks don't want to make the rice for the soup and whether or not I like chicken noodle. The cooks DIDN'T WANT TO make the rice that literally takes only five minutes to make, and could have been done by that time. Besides that, I thought that the fries were going to be like waffle fries, because of the description "ladder", but no, they were just standard steak fries which wasn't that big of a deal, a minor inconvenience that just added to the other problems. The cheese on my burger was barely there- it was like a teaspoon of melted shredded cheese, not even enough to cover the whole burger. While the bun was buttered and tasted good, the burger was not medium as I asked for it- it was well done, and there was nothing special about it at all. I would have liked some lettuce or mayo or something. Overall, maybe some of the other menu items are good and I just had a bad experience, but just know what to expect if you head on in.

Ribs are excellent. They take American Express too!
They don't take American Express, even though there's an American Express sticker on the door and their bill folios have American Express on the cover. Huh? Seems kinda lazy to me...
