Stopped in for dinner today around 5:30. Waited at the front desk to be seated per the sign. No one showed after 5 minutes so we proceeded to the bar. As we seated the bartender walked away from the bar, waited another 5 minutes for her to return, no sign of any service! We decided to leave, as we exited there was an employee texting on her phone with no acknowledgement towards us. If your looking for an enjoyable dinner I would not suggest this place.

Very nice decor inside , but many empty tables..never a good sign unless it’s right at open or close.. Very good service.. Benny was excellent.. very attentive. Made sure our drinks were full.. Food however was mediocre at best . And not exactly inexpensive either.. Deep fried pickles were swimming in cooking oil and were stuck together in clumps on the plate.. Based on comments..Pot roast dinner was the best .. Meatloaf was by far the worst . Everything else we ordered was in between . I won’t go back but can’t speak for the rest of our group..

There at lunch on a Thursday, 12:30ish, fairly empty dining room, only two other tables occupied that I could see. The whole experience was just about two hours, understaffed, and food came after an hour of being there. The food came out in 5 minute increments, first my mom’s salad and my tacos. Both our orders were incomplete, mom had no dressing, her soup was still not brought out, mine was also incomplete, my tacos were missing their lettuce and avocado, I only received the extra avocado I ordered and paid extra for on the side. The beans I ordered were missing. The two young kids I had with me, still did not have their food. 5 minutes later, the first child’s food came, with my mom's tepid soup, but no spoon, this gave us an opportunity ask for my beans, lettuce and my mom’s dressing and spoon. Then we waited another 5 minutes for those requests, never did get the beans and the next child’s food eventually came another 5 minutes later. Just a bowl of plain Mac and cheese, the same as the first child’s, who had been eating already for 15 minutes or so. My tacos were a soft corn, but honestly the tortilla was dried and curling at the edges before they were brought to me. Almost inedible. Mom’s dressing was not balsamic, but something pale yellow that tasted like sugar, and she could not eat it. We did ask if there were issues in the kitchen and what was up and we let the server know. He said they were short staffed, but he’d let the owner know. He was there!?! With all this, the server said 15 percent off for the issues, never even had owner say a thing. I don’t really like to complain, so I just accepted the answer, but when reviewing the bill, I was charged for beans, 4.00, so had to wait for him to take off the beans I never received. Then upon reviewing bill, I noticed there was a charge for avocado for my mom’s salad, but she confirmed it wasn’t even on the salad she did not eat. I threw in the towel and just paid the bill with the extra charges. This was a terrible experience.

Update... 6/22. New waitresses again... would someone train these people! Took 1.5hrs for tenders, blt and a salad... service has to be better. Because the food is actually good.
I wish I could give it more stars but just can't. This is basically the only spot in the area besides fast food, but unfortunately they have disappointed too many times.

This is my third time coming here and I can't get something I like. Everything I tried was overwhelmed with garlic.
