“Apparently tonight was the night to order from this location! I placed my order online, I ended up calling just to check on how much longer it would be. These guys were slammed! I've worked in the restaurant industry so I totally understand getting hit suddenly & being short staffed. I believe the guy I talked to on the phone was named Dominic. He was so nice & very apologetic. I told him I wasn't calling to be a Karen, because at this point I'm sure he had already had his share of calls with people yelling. Anyway I ended up deciding to go pick up my order instead of still having it delivered, let's face it the poor delivery guy was definitely going non stop. When I got there I had to wait for about 8 min, again not a big deal. While I waited I was pleasantly surprised by how the 4 guys working interacted. If you've ever worked in the industry you know how snippy kitchen staff can get with each other. These guys were all smiles the whole time. They joked around with the people waiting & just made it a nice time while we waited. I just want them all to know that they should feel proud of themselves for how well they all work together! Also our food was amazing!“

“My dad called ahead asking what deals they had , originally speaking with Tracy. She was so helpful and patient with my dad. We were visiting our grandma and my dad with our niece and daughter. I called back to place the order and again spoke with Tracy who was so patient and kind over the phone. She gave us our exact total so we were prepared for the driver. Our food arrived faster than promised and was hot and delicious! Grace delivered our order and was friendly and bubbly! She was such a sweetheart and informed us that it was only she and Tracy who were working that day and they were short staffed. This friendly and positive attitudes would not Have shown that as well as the great quality of the food. Their pleasant service deserves to be recognized. This friendly service goes a long way with us! Much appreciated and well done Tracy and Grace! Hopefully YOUR bosses see this and how great of job you are doing!“
