“The most excellent, friendliest workers, one coming to work in great spirits, held the door open to welcome me in. The girl behind the cash register had them make me fresh pizza, cheese, bread & pizza. They were all working together. It's refreshing to see people enjoying their jobs because I love dipping those cheese bread in their fresh sauce!“
“I called with an issue I was having on an app coupon I received and was first directed toward the 800 customer service line. I called and it was outside their hours of operation. I called the store back and asked for a manager. She at first was hesitant to assist because she's new. I explained how the 800 line gives hours and then invites you to contact the store directly. I said that there is no way they would say that if it wasn't in the stores power to help me. She understood my view on that and helped me with my issue. I truly appreciate the customer service I received. Thank you“
“Had pizza delivered. Prompt, friendly delivery, and HOT PIZZA! The pan pizza is perfect. Best in town. Better than pizza hut. I'm telling you if you like pan pizza, ORDER NOW! “In town for business and ate here 3 nights in a row. Sat at the bar and all three nights the staff was super friendly and not annoying. Great job there. The wings all three nights were medium sauce over traditional style wings. They were different each night, some cold and some warm, some almost dried out like freezer burn, and some were right on the money. The limes for the diet soda were also super dried out, like maybe sliced a few days prior, not a deal breaker. Not a bad meal at all, just inconsistent. Place was pretty clean, music was a little loud over the March Madness BB. Also some of the wings are very Keto friendly.Dietary restrictions: Medium traditional wings are keto friendly, cooked in tallow, no breading. Also the blue cheese is keto friendly“
“Mitchell made the stop worth while. Did a great job of keeping things moving while being polite and professional to everyone.Great hire Caesars. And before today, I did not know Mitchell. We are all so fast to complain, we should also compliment when there is reason to. Schofield location. Today is 10-10-23 and I have been back here 4 times since meeting Mitchell. “The delivery driver that brought me my food tonight is such an amazing, sweet person! She knows me by name. I feel horrible because I do not know/remember her name. She is out of the Weston, WI store and is such a sweet person. I would definitely tip her more, if I knew she was my delivery driver,... every time. I seriously hope she gets to see this review. She deserves to hear how much she is appreciated for her caring personality. Plus, I would love to be able to call her by name. She deserves to be paid very well for who she is and how she makes her customers feel,... like family. I will definitely tip her sufficiently, just for being the amazing person she is. “Apparently tonight was the night to order from this location! I placed my order online, I ended up calling just to check on how much longer it would be. These guys were slammed! I've worked in the restaurant industry so I totally understand getting hit suddenly & being short staffed. I believe the guy I talked to on the phone was named Dominic. He was so nice & very apologetic. I told him I wasn't calling to be a Karen, because at this point I'm sure he had already had his share of calls with people yelling. Anyway I ended up deciding to go pick up my order instead of still having it delivered, let's face it the poor delivery guy was definitely going non stop. When I got there I had to wait for about 8 min, again not a big deal. While I waited I was pleasantly surprised by how the 4 guys working interacted. If you've ever worked in the industry you know how snippy kitchen staff can get with each other. These guys were all smiles the whole time. They joked around with the people waiting & just made it a nice time while we waited. I just want them all to know that they should feel proud of themselves for how well they all work together! Also our food was amazing!“
“I've been coming to m and r for years now. The bartenders and owners are great I've never had an issue. If you wanna have a great time come here. Jukebox darts pool summer leagues for pool darts and bags. I have a lot of amazing memories in this bar. I recommend this place for everyone.“
