“Placed my order online for several hours later (website very easy to use). I walked in right on the hour, and my order was ready on the Pickup rack with an easy-to-see named receipt.
The staff in the kitchen popped her head out and was very friendly for the few seconds we interacted as I grabbed my pizza. Love this location and are always satisfied with service.“

“We came in Friday night during the dinner rush. The young man who was tending the first dining room did a phenomenal job. He was attentive and apologetic about the wait (which was non existent). Our pizza was amazing. Such a hidden gem in Wausau“

“We ordered chicken from this restaurant for our wedding, and unfortunately there was an issue where the order was an hour late and the chicken breading ended up soggy. While that was disappointing on such an important day, I cannot say enough good things about how the business handled it. They were incredibly professional, kind, and took full responsibility right away. They issued a full refund and even gave us a gift card, which was completely unexpected and very appreciated. Mistakes happen, but outstanding customer service like this is rare. We truly appreciate how they handled the situation and look forward to visiting in the future. Highly recommend based on their integrity and care for their customers.“

“We had a great experience at Sam’s Pizza! We ordered a classic cheese pizza along with a cauliflower crust topped with sausage and Canadian bacon. The Canadian bacon was especially good, and the cauliflower crust was surprisingly delicious—great flavor and texture.
We also started with Caesar salads, which were very tasty and a perfect way to kick off the meal.
Overall, everything was fresh, flavorful, and enjoyable. Highly recommend stopping by Sam’s Pizza! 🍕“
