They were also very busy but not busy enough to treat everyone there the same as they treated me. Of course the pizza and garlic bread were amazing. This place is a Wausau landmark for a reason. “I got to the restaurant at 7:35 - 25 min before closing. I figured I'd get a slice that had been sitting for a bit, since they were closing soon. Grabbed my slice and headed to my van. Before pulling out of the parking lot, I opened the bag and began adding parmesan cheese to the slice. To my surprise, the pizza was very fresh. It was probably the best slice I've had from a Rocky's. And I've gone to plenty all over the state due to my traveling job. Great job! Next time I'm back in Wausau, I am definitely stopping for another slice.“

The ingredients are always fresh, the garlic bread is so darn good and the customer service is fantastic! Plus they send awesome coupons to your email. “I stopped in on Christmas Eve morning about 10:30 to get a couple pizzas. The manager was preparing pizzas for the online orders. In the short time I was there he took care of people coming for pick ups, took phone orders, and made pizzas for the walk-in customers. In the half hour I was there he made about 25 pizzas. I was very impressed by his politeness, ambition and a great attitude. Oh and the pizzas were great.“

“Always have great service , came in for fish fry . One person in our party was going to get mashed potatoes, but waitress said you only have brown gravy ! What no chicken gravy, so looked at menu you serve breakfast, have country fried steak with Country Gravy , but you can't get it for mashed potatoes. Not everyone wants brown gravy .“

“My family likes our pizza with a little less sauce on it than usual. The employees always go out of their way to make sure they deliver our pizza exactly how we like it. To be honest this is the only place we get pizza in Wausau as we haven’t found any better let alone the cost makes it even better.“

“Ate at the Wausau location twice last week (once dine in and once for takeout). Both times the food I ordered was amazing! Bread sticks were hot, workers were pleasant, even the nice young man (Trevor) who cooked our food came out to ask how our food was (that was the time we ordered dine in). Pumpkin cheesecake is AMAZEBALLS!! The pizza pasta I ordered for take out was also so good! If it’s been awhile since eating there, or had a bad experience in the past, give it another try please. They seem to be working hard to turn things around. Pictures are from my take out order.“

“My dad called ahead asking what deals they had , originally speaking with Tracy. She was so helpful and patient with my dad. We were visiting our grandma and my dad with our niece and daughter. I called back to place the order and again spoke with Tracy who was so patient and kind over the phone. She gave us our exact total so we were prepared for the driver. Our food arrived faster than promised and was hot and delicious! Grace delivered our order and was friendly and bubbly! She was such a sweetheart and informed us that it was only she and Tracy who were working that day and they were short staffed. This friendly and positive attitudes would not Have shown that as well as the great quality of the food. Their pleasant service deserves to be recognized. This friendly service goes a long way with us! Much appreciated and well done Tracy and Grace! Hopefully YOUR bosses see this and how great of job you are doing!“

“I visit this location at least once a month with my grandsons. I don’t normally write reviews but the manager at this location is phenomenal and I feel he needs recognition. He goes above and beyond to entertain the customers. Absolute great human being!“
