“We visited this restaurant on the advice of my friend's co-worker and were not disappointed. The prices for the food are excellent and the serving sizes large. We had the fish and shrimp, tenderloin and shrimp, and the fried chicken. All were cooked perfectly. The side cole slaw was excellent in that it had a nice flavor and was creamy. The french fries were crispy and had a light coating. The potato salad, according to my friend, was very good. We plan to visit again to try other entrees for a comparison to tonight's meal.“

“We took 5 of the grandkids out for ice cream . They have a few flavors of ice cream. you can also get shakes.
So some of the grandkids wanted a shake, and some of them got ice cream with sprinkles, no matter what they got,It was a very nice time sitting around talking with them and eating Ice cream.

“2nd visit. It was a quite night, the staff informed us that was due to ”spring break”. This restaurant has a warm, fun atmosphere. We were given a “tour” of the two main floor dining rooms and learned about the history of the building and Wausau itself buy the pictures hanging on the walls. The staff was attentive. Extensive wine list, bartender gave a quick lesson of Gins (differences between London dry and botanical) to one of our guests. With spring around the corner, I enjoyed the zucchini pasta.“

“Second time here and would come again for sure. The mushroom tartine is a must. Most if not all ingredients are locally sourced and they tell you where they come from on the menu. The wood fire pizzas are amazing and this time I tried the veggie Rueben burger which was house made from sweet potato and beet. And a side of kimchi green beans and cashews. Cool vibes, great beer. Clean and sleek but welcoming. Jordan our server was super helpful with recommendations.“

“We are from Northern, WI and we came in after our hockey tournament. Let me just say, we have not had that good of food or service (waiter Jacob) in YEARS! What a great place to go. I'm more than happy spending my money there. Thank you so much for a nice time. We only get out to eat every so often and you made it most memorable.“

“Culver's is always my go to for delicious burgers. Actually, everything on the menu is delicious, except the salads. I haven't tried them, yet. I'm sure they are great too. Honestly, I'm not going there for a salad. I'm addicted to cheeseburgers. 😉 Culver's is the best in fast food burgers! 🍔 😋 Also, the price per person I chose on this review is probably not the norm for most people. When it comes to Culver's, I can't help myself from indulging in my favorite food.“

“A classic country bar except for one thing. Simply fantastic food!! We had a double ham and grilled cheese and the special which was a delicious steak sandwich with grilled onions on a toasted hoagie. They even made a great kiddy cocktail for my grandson.“

“We ate there tonight to celebrate my wife's ??th birthday. Our waitress was good. The food was decent. The mixed drinks were nearly sans alcohol. The rub didn't come until it was time to pay our bill. They actually charge an additional 4% to use your credit card. I realize that other eateries in our area have consorted with their fellow restaurateurs to add an additional fee to "cover their costs to do business with their credit card brokers but 4% is a new high. In the past 3 weeks my wife and I have traveled over 5,000 miles in the car on a road trip to the Pacific coastline. In the entirety of those travels, we did not find ANYBODY charging an extra fee to pay their bills at checkout. I HAVE learned, however, that the prevailing view is to simply deduct the charge card fee from your normal tip. That way, nobody is the wiser, but you didn't cover the fee; the waitstaff did. The waitstaff has no way of knowing how you NORMALLY tip, so they have no way to know that you charged them for the fee. I am generally a strong tipper. A strong tip less the fee still might look like a strong tip. So in a nutshell, if you are part of the waitstaff that charges a fee for your customer to pay their bill...........They are not paying the fee..YOU ARE! This is bad business on the part of the owner.“

“We ordered chicken from this restaurant for our wedding, and unfortunately there was an issue where the order was an hour late and the chicken breading ended up soggy. While that was disappointing on such an important day, I cannot say enough good things about how the business handled it. They were incredibly professional, kind, and took full responsibility right away. They issued a full refund and even gave us a gift card, which was completely unexpected and very appreciated. Mistakes happen, but outstanding customer service like this is rare. We truly appreciate how they handled the situation and look forward to visiting in the future. Highly recommend based on their integrity and care for their customers.“

“We were in town for a hockey tournament last weekend. My son was looking for something to do Friday night while we were free. He found you! We went and had an amazing meal (nachos, wings, blt) and had tons of fun playing in the arcade. You have a great selection on your gluten free menu and your food prices were more than reasonable. We loved it so much, we went back Saturday with the team. All the staff, and I mean ALL, was incredibly helpful and pleasant (even in the midst of what felt like a chaotic night-very busy). So, kudos to you all. Most places you go to these days, are struggling with staffing among other things. Whatever you are doing, you should teach a master class. Keep it up.
