“We visited this restaurant on the advice of my friend's co-worker and were not disappointed. The prices for the food are excellent and the serving sizes large. We had the fish and shrimp, tenderloin and shrimp, and the fried chicken. All were cooked perfectly. The side cole slaw was excellent in that it had a nice flavor and was creamy. The french fries were crispy and had a light coating. The potato salad, according to my friend, was very good. We plan to visit again to try other entrees for a comparison to tonight's meal.“

“Saw reviews online and decided to try! We were not disappointed! I had the vegan Reuben and my husband had a burger. Both were delicious. I wish there were more people in our group so we could have tried more food. Everyone was very friendly and attentive. You will not be disappointed!!“

“We are from Northern, WI and we came in after our hockey tournament. Let me just say, we have not had that good of food or service (waiter Jacob) in YEARS! What a great place to go. The woman at the cpunter is always an absolute delight to speak with and I give her so much credit for being patient with me as I babble and flip-flop on what I want. The food is divine as well. Do not be decieved: this place looks from the outside like any other random hole-in-the-wall eatery, but this is a truly special place and the people here are excellent both at their cooking and their service!

“Emily was the greatest clerk. She went above and beyond to accommodate my husband's request. Terrific customer support skills. Food is fantastic as well. Burgers cooked to perfection. Hubby is gluten intolerant and they can accommodate this better than any other fast food company. Greatly appreciated the opportunity to eat out safely.“

Even if the food wasn’t always perfect and they didn’t have best toffee cappuccino, the service is absolutely impeccable. The staff genuinely treats you like family—warm, attentive, and always smiling. It’s rare to find that kind of hospitality these days. This last visit was extra special because we finally got a booth! We joked that there’s a “three-visit minimum” before they grant you booth access, which only adds to the charm of the place. “2nd visit. It was a quite night, the staff informed us that was due to ”spring break”. This restaurant has a warm, fun atmosphere. We were given a “tour” of the two main floor dining rooms and learned about the history of the building and Wausau itself buy the pictures hanging on the walls. The staff was attentive. Extensive wine list, bartender gave a quick lesson of Gins (differences between London dry and botanical) to one of our guests. With spring around the corner, I enjoyed the zucchini pasta.“

“Sunrise is not a very big place but the food that comes out of the kitchen is delicious. We went for breakfast and it wasn't too busy. He can only cook meals for one group at a time so you may be waiting awhile for food. Pancakes are bigger than the plates and the brisket Benedict was delicious (was a special).This is a bar not a fancy restaurant so don't expect a lovely modern interior. I didn't check out the restroom, I know that can be important for people.“

“Culver's is always my go to for delicious burgers. Actually, everything on the menu is delicious, except the salads. I haven't tried them, yet. I'm sure they are great too. Honestly, I'm not going there for a salad. I'm addicted to cheeseburgers. 😉 Culver's is the best in fast food burgers! 🍔 😋 Also, the price per person I chose on this review is probably not the norm for most people. When it comes to Culver's, I can't help myself from indulging in my favorite food.“

Fries are always cold and honestly so was the rest of the food especially the pasta. I also asked for extra sauce and there was none.
The main thing for my 3 star for the food was the Chicken Wonton Tacos, the shells were not normally how they are supposed to be, there was hardly any chicken or slaw in the tacos.
The service was great! Please do better with the temperature of the food and the food quality.“

“We ordered chicken from this restaurant for our wedding, and unfortunately there was an issue where the order was an hour late and the chicken breading ended up soggy. While that was disappointing on such an important day, I cannot say enough good things about how the business handled it. They were incredibly professional, kind, and took full responsibility right away. They issued a full refund and even gave us a gift card, which was completely unexpected and very appreciated. Mistakes happen, but outstanding customer service like this is rare. We truly appreciate how they handled the situation and look forward to visiting in the future. Highly recommend based on their integrity and care for their customers.“

“We were in town for a hockey tournament last weekend. My son was looking for something to do Friday night while we were free. He found you! We went and had an amazing meal (nachos, wings, blt) and had tons of fun playing in the arcade. You have a great selection on your gluten free menu and your food prices were more than reasonable. We loved it so much, we went back Saturday with the team. All the staff, and I mean ALL, was incredibly helpful and pleasant (even in the midst of what felt like a chaotic night-very busy). So, kudos to you all. Most places you go to these days, are struggling with staffing among other things. Whatever you are doing, you should teach a master class. Keep it up.
