“Absolutely wonderful restaurant & the staff is out of this world! This was our 3rd time eating here, driving an hour away just to come! I called to make a reservation yesterday and they called me today to confirm the reservation and asked if they can do anything to make our time there better/any special occasion? I told them that we are actually announcing our first pregnancy to our parents & celebrating my father finally getting a kidney donor! They asked if they could help us in any way. Sean, Al, and the rest of the staff pulled off the smoothest, and best surprise that I could have ever imagined, they even put us in the private area with a fire place! The food is absolutely delicious!! You can’t go wrong with brussel sprouts, acre burger, pork chop, truffle fries…. really any food on the menu! Our server Al was very helpful with helping my parents and in laws pick drinks off the menu, telling them what she recommends & everyone loved their drinks! I cant say enough good things about Van Acre & the staff! Look no further, this is the place to go, you will not be disappointed!! ❤️“

“I discovered this coffee shop gem on a road trip through Wisconsin with my daughter. We always search for locally owned shops, preferably ones with homemade syrups. Tucknee rose above our expectations! Quality roast, creative menu, and good service. The Taro latte was one of the best lattes I’ve ever had. I don’t recall the name of my daughter’s iced latte, but it had spiced orange and white chocolate. It was delicious as well. We had a nice chat with the barista about the town. If we are ever in this part of Wisconsin again, we will definitely stop in for another visit.“

“We like to go here because we know they care about the food quality. I think they have turnover with wait staff and I get it, the hours are limited. But we have never had a rude or unhelpful server, just newer and maybe confused. It is delicious though so it is worth it.“

“A surprising find. Great Asian food. This is not your typical Asian buffet place. Large menu with lots to explore. Exceptionally fresh ingredients presented beautifully. We live 2 hours away so we can't make it a regular go to, but we will be back.“

“Everything about this experience was spectacular! The atmosphere was fun, the food was beyond excellent and came out quickly, and our server Jessica was top-notch! I have never been here before, but I would recommend it to anyone that might be passing through Wausau. I did the make your own burger with the chipotle ranch, and the boyfriend and I shared the cheese curds sampler (HIGHLY RECOMMEND!)
