IHOP AND APPLEBEE'S ALL IN ONE STOP.....BREAKFAST, LUNCH, OR DINNER to chose from. SERVICE WAS FAST AND THE FOOD WAS VERY GOOD.

The food is always ok, but sometimes fries are always cold and the rest of the food, especially the pasta, is cold too. The Chicken Wonton Tacos had shells not normally how they are supposed to be, with hardly any chicken or slaw. One steak was ordered well done but came uncooked, though the manager took care of it without a problem and the new order was great. The restaurant has a large fee parking area that is easy to enter and exit, and is handicapped accessible.
