Food was good and waitress was spot on. But it was freezing in the restaurant. Everyone was rubbing hands together and bundled up with what they had. Unfortunately it was warm outside so many including myself didn't have a jacket on.

The Wausau Applebees. The best part of our visit was Ben our server!! Ben looked like a high-school kid trying to make a start in his path in the world, with a great start!! You could tell he really enjoyed his job and liked people! Ben was very pleasant and charming with a great personality to boot!Our food was just okay, not bad, but not great. More like an everyday meal you made yourself at home.

The host was prompt, seated us as soon as all the members of the party arrived. Waitstaff efficient, friendly, attentive. Food was excellent. Restroom was clean and stocked.

My husband and I were there last night. Our server was more than polite!!! She was awesome. However, some of our food was good like the wings and the french fries.but the salad tasted off, so I elected not to eat it. My mashed potatoes were crusty on the bottom and my steak was horrible. It was like chewing shoe leather and was grissly. Our server gave us a little discount, which I appreciated. We normally don't get to go there because we live 3 hours away. But, we were in town and couldn't wait to go there.
