I ordered through doordash. When we got our food my burger and the bun were burnt. The inside of the burger wasnt bad but the outside of the burger made it unable to eat. When I called I was put on hold for a minute and Troy came on the line. When i explained what happened he said he could make another one or i could request a refund.
