The customer service is terrible here. We don't dine at DQ much, came in drive-thru and while in the process of picking what to order, the lady on the speaker was getting impatient that she couldn't hear me and not sure if I was talking to her Started talking over me while I asked for a cone so I told her to cancel my order.
I've been to plenty other Dairy Queens and received excellent service. Don't waste your money at this DQ in Seymour.

Dairy Queen in Seymour Wisconsin sucks!!! I would not recommend if you want your food fast. Waited half hour and when the food was ready the whole time. The staff didn't get it bagged up then my blizzard melted while waiting.
They had an amazing cheesecake blizzard. I should have gotten a small!! It was so good but, I couldn't finish it all. Yummm.
