We visited on a Saturday night with no reservation. We got on the wait list (about 45 minutes wait) and settled in at the bar. It took a bit to get a drink order in, but once we did, there were no issues. Salad bar had lots of options and the warm bread sticks were an added treat. Staff was checking the salad bar often; keeping it clean and stocked. Our waitress was friendly and attentive and our food was good. I had the tenderloin which was amazing. My husband had the ribeye and was satisfied, although he prefers a thicker cut steak. As fans of old buildings, we were a little disappointed in the atmosphere (not much of the old charm we anticipated), but it was clean, which is always a plus.
We went there for dinner and Nikki was our waitress. She was amazing and recommended a ribeye for my husband who was looking for prime rib but he is glad he ordered the ribeye. The salad bar was full of toppings and soups were delicious! Drinks were great! We will certainly be back next time we are in the area!

Edit: So my new wife and I (yes I have been divorced and married since leaving the last review) decided we would give Seymour Supperclub another shot. A few of my friends had been going and really liked it. So… off we go.
Overall it was much better this time around. The lighting was better. The food was better, the salad bar was better, and the waitress was very nice and helpful.
Is it “The Best of Green Bay”? No. No it is not. They just happen to push the vote like a politician would. And that’s fair. It’s smart to do that as a business. Maybe it’s the best of Black Creek and Seymour. But I’m certain I can cook as better piece of meat and a tastier meal overall.
Will we go back? Probably not. If I spend that kind of money I want to be glad I did. There are other places in the Fox Valley that I’ll travel to in order to spend good money on great meat.
Original Review: The food is awful. We went for Valentine's Day dinner. The salad bar is something out of a grade school lunch room and the prime rib was, and this is no exaggeration, 50% fat on the plate. No kidding, I was served a pice of meat that at least half of it was fatty tissue.
Now I love fatty meat, but if I'm paying for meat then give me meat please.
Extremely disappointed in the food, the lighting was horrible, the seating was uncomfortable, the table rocked, and the service was poor.
I was just extremely disappointed. I was so hoping to find a local place to enjoy romantic dinners out with my wife.

The food was amazing ! This places serves the quintessential Wisconsin Supper Club experience . This is a must travel destination for any Supper Club enthusiast!

Great staff from the bartenders to the waitress! Everyone was friendly, attentive, and helpful. We had a steak and seafood platter. Salad bar was clean and full, will be back again.
Wonderful drinks. Salad bar was really good and fresh. Soups were great had to have both. Chicken cordon blue was very tasty.

Stopped by with my family a couple of weeks ago, loved the salmon. They also have a wonderful salad bar. The staff was attentive and polite. Bonus - they make great drinks too!

I love supper clubs, Seymour was recommended to me and I am so glad I listened. This historic place has clearly maintained the essence of supper clubs and been around a long time. They have classic dining rooms and not one but two bars with great old fashioneds. They have a fully stocked salad bar with 2 home mades soups, liver wurst, cheese spread, herring, tons of veggies, bread sticks and more. They have sea food, perch, steaks, chicken, pasta and more. Their hostess and servers were very friendly and attentive. I hope to be back with my friends soon.

Called ahead, asked to make a reservation and was told they do not take reservations. We drove about 30 minutes to get there, waited for over an hour sitting on the couches and watched as parties bigger than ours were seated immediately upon arrival. Upon asking why that was the case, they said they had reservations. Not sure why the double standard. Locals given preference maybe? Terrible service from the get go.

What a neat place for a night out! And talk about phenomenal food! Hands down the best prime rib I’ve ever had with good flavor all the way through. And the house made au jus sauce that covered the was nothing like I’ve ever had before but it was fantastic! I will be ranting and raving about the food here for a while!
As for speed of service we waited for our table for 10 minutes or so and as soon as we sat down our waiter Nikki was attentive and had our order in and within a few minutes our meal was out! I haven’t had service like I did here in years! Keep up the good work guys, you’ve earned a life customer! I will be back !
