Order 3 subs online for pickup. Paid for double meat on 1 and received regular meat and was missing some of the meat. Went the next day to the store cuz I could not get through on either phone number the girl said she'd let her manager know. Manager texted me and said I didn't have to go back just to give them my name and address. That was 1 month ago and I have not received anything. Touched base with them 2 weeks ago and still have not received anything. Very disappointed in Subway. Not a very pleasant outcome.

Usually love this place but two new guys were there, could tell they were new. They desperately need to be trained better because my sub was comically terrible. Veggies weren't cut at all and basically full bell peppers were plopped on my sub, or poorly cut veggies in general. Big yikes.

This employee, it's smth like Isadro, but he makes my subs so perfectly each time, it is mind blowing. Never had subway so good before. This subway is so much better than others because of that employee. If bro quits that'd be so bad, especially cause I'm a regular

We walked in around 6pm on a Sunday night. There were no other customers in the restaurant at the time. The employee, Erika greeted us as she put chairs on top of the tables. She was friendly, quick to make our subs and did a wonderful job.

Bread is always hard and crumbly even at lunch time the vegetables are never good and always discolored, bad service overall to.

Sorry but this place is terrible everytime I do a walk in they tell me that they have 10 subs I say it's fine I'll wait then they processed to tell me well the toaster is broke and we are out of everything today 10/1/23 3 times I've tried to walk in this location and they have told me the same thing.

The wrong sub was made. Nobody answered the phone between 2 and 2:30. We had to drive in and get what we had ordered. No apology. Had to yell to get someone to come out of the back. Young man was NOT apologetic at all. We won't be back any time soon.

Ordered 4 subs after they opened at 8am for pickup. If you do not have anything ready and only 1 kind of bread available then you definitely should not be open that early. 3 of the 4 subs were incorrectly made and even untoasted. 1 had vegetables on it that wasn't supposed to and another didn't have bacon and another no avacado. All of the receipts clearly state how the sandwich should be made and are pretty self explanatory. It shouldn't be too much to ask that someone should get what they specifically paid for. I called and they told me to bring everything back and they would remake them. I did not do this because I was already at work for the day and that is ridiculous. The cleanliness of the store upon entering was also very unsettling considering they just opened the floor should not be full of dirt and grass clippings from the shoes of customers from the prior day. Probably won't be back to this subway location.
