We usually have a great experience at Culver's in town, not tonight. The gentleman who took our orders name was Aaron, he just sounded like he hated his job and didn't want to be here. The woman who handed us our drinks and ticket number at the window was even ruder than him. I'm surprised to be honest we always have great service here so I was so disappointed. Time was 610pm to 615, Monday the 3rd. I might actually stop coming here as often after this. So disappointed....

Foods great.Please don't let your off duty employees walk around behind the counter in shorts and flip flops with a tank top on touching everything. Then stand at the counter and talk to everyone loud enough for the whole place to hear. I come to eat in peace.

I ordered a concrete turtle malt. When I got it, there was no pecans on it. It was more like soup than concrete, and it was so syrupy and sweet, I really didn't enjoy it. I have ordered this malt at many other Culver's. This place just didn't know how to make it.
