Culvers in Shawano has the best food of the chain restaurants. I have not experienced any problems my orders are what they should be and the food is Hot. I am glad to see they have started a rewards program. Hats off to them all. Also had their coffee for the first time and it was just like I used to get back home. Very good!!!!!
I'm displeased with the Shawano Culvers. They forget stuff often. I gave them a coupon and they didn't even put it in the system they just set it to the side. So i still got charged extra. This isn't the first time they've messed something up. They've forgotten putting in sides , bacon on sandwiches, ice cream, etc. I was going to just do a survey rather than a bad review but the receipt didn't give me a code. The code for loyalty didn't work...
Brian has excellent customer service. He displays true Culver's values in service and care for the customer. An example of it is he makes sure that my gluten free meal is done correctly with the sauces on the side and fork and knife are in the bag. I really appreciate his efforts.
