I hop main office needs to look into this place if they plan to stay in business in this town..no wonder Shawano cafe is packed every day. With the Way I hop is driving there business to the ground in Shawano it's going to be a negative effect to all I hops get a manager in there and straighten this mess out or close The doors and let a big boy restaurant go in there fix this place and quit using your auto answering app and fix this place or get out of the lease. And forget trying to run a dump on our dime. Sincerely a Shawano resident

First time there with Family in Shawano, Wi. The food was very good and we had an " Excellent Waitress!" Would return!
Kid-friendliness: We had the Grandkids and they have a great menu for them. The Waitress even gave the kids a few little extra treats.
We came here for a large family breakfast the day after wedding. Our server was phenomenal. We had 13 in our group and she was excellent. Then we found out she was going to be on American idol. I don’t remember her first name but her last name was Bricco and she was red haired. Good luck!

The food was okay, the service took a long time, and the waiter put something on our bill that wasn't supposed to be on their but we got it off. Ordering was a little confusing. Would rather have Perkins their instead of an IHOP.
