It's a very nice, recently updated smaller sports bar attached to a local favorite restaurant. Service has always been great and you can order anything off the menu. I use JP's and Shawano Cafe frequently for business meetings and other networking events.
We have tried most dining options in Shawano but for some reason we hadn't tried this one. I'm glad we did. Service was initially very sloooow. We walked in the bar and there were several employees standing or sitting in the bar eating. I was hoping one of them might be on the clock but no.... eventually someone came from the other room and took our order. Things improved from that point on. Philly Steak was delicious, as was the Burger with cheese bacon and onion...
