Went to falls subway after my son’s track meet and had a pleasant suprise from a worker named Brooke. As soon as I walked in, she greeted me with a huge smile. Throughout the whole order she was patient and respectful. I even had her take something off and she didn’t bat an eye and did with a smile on her face. When I left she said something along the lines of hoping to see me as a customer again. It’s safe to say i’ll be doing so. I hope to god there are more young workers...

I went in this past Sunday and was pleasantly surprised to see a kind young man named Ryan working that morning. He greeted me with a smile that made me feel welcomed, and was very polite while taking my sub order.

After finishing cutting the sandwich, he wrapped it very nicely and asked if I would like a bag. As I was paying, he told me to have a great rest of my day with that pretty smile.

When i walked in? I felt great and the atmosphere was nice. The workers there made me feel like I was part of their family and I was eating in a nice safe environment. I know that if someone tried to break in and kill me these people would save me without a second thought. Overall 1/10.
