Was not impressed with the menu. Overpriced and lack of options.

Overall a good experience. Sat outside by the inlet and watched boats while we waited for lunch. Food was ok. Service was ok as well

We came on a guys night out. Food was great(perch dinner)! Our waitress was excellent! Owner stepped in when she felt we were waiting too long she totally cares. I read some reveiws of her being rude I dont know the experience but I feel she is caring for her customers and business. I would have saved the critism to an employee for a discussion in the back but didnt take away from our experience. Great food, great owner, great staff!

This was a disappointing dinner. We were visiting Sheboygan for the weekend, and several of the travel guides I read online mentioned this as top 10 places in Sheboygan to eat. We ordered a burger and a brat sandwich, which were both dripping with grease which soaked into the bun. The waitress barely checked on us at all, and I had to serve and refill our own waters from the pitcher at servers station. This is the last time we are eating in a local pub style restaurant. Want to have some real flavorful food that's not smothered in cheese, dripping grease, and fried everything.

Great drinks and service, the staff was very polite and inviting. Good place to stop in for a quick drink and sit by the river.

They prepared some fish that we had caught. The owner/ chef came out and served the Lake trout and Salmon. Excellent presentation, phenomenal fish.

Decent food, horrible, rude management. I met a friend there a couple of days ago, gorgeous day to sit outside and enjoy lunch along the riverfront. We were asked to leave, not even finished with our food. They said we were there long enough ( 11:30- 1:00 is too long?) Two servers told us they needed our table, that people were waiting. Inside there wasn’t anyone waiting, empty tables inside AND OUTSIDE. I Spoke to the manager as we left and she was very rude, said in so many words, “ too bad, you were at the table long enough”. My friend and I got there early, before the lunch so we could get an outside table. I told the manager that the supposed people waiting for an outside table could wait rather than asking us to leave. We will never go there again. Who needs to support an establishment that tells you to leave? We’ve never had that experience ever!

Very rude management. Not worth going there. I've NEVER complained about a restaurant or any other place for that matter, only give positive comments and feedback. Be prepared: should you desire to sit out on their deck along the riverfront on a beautiful day you will be asked to leave if they think you are done with your meal. The place has been for sale for quite awhile. I hope it's sold to better management who allow guests to stay longer than one hour, fourty five minutes. Enough said.

Have you ever tried to pick someone up from the Chicago Ohare airport? As you pull up to arrivals employees are screaming at you to "Go! Get moving! You can't stop here! Get out of here!" That's what dining at Anglers is like. I truly feel the owner missed her calling in life and instead of badgering her customers she should go work at Ohare. She came to our table three times to ask how much longer we'd be. On the last time she actually took the umbrella from our table leaving us in the scorching sun. We were there less than 40 minutes. I was trying to take friends out for a nice lunch and was truly embarrassed. Food was meh. I will NEVER go back here.

Dozens of visits over the years with consistently great food and service! Mussels are some of the best anywhere. Bok Choy side is unique and extremely tasty. Today's visit we had our own fish - caught fresh from Happy Hooker Charter service - prepared by owner with the service of Amanda - who are both wonderful. Dined on patio overlooking the river and boat traffic - beautiful!

WORST owner ever. Horrific customer service. We were having a family dinner at Anglers on the 3rd of July. There were six of us. We planned to have drinks and dinner & make a night of it. We got there around 5 and had drinks and a large appetizer followed by full meals for each of us. First of all - my burger was rail thin. As thin as a McDonalds basic burger & lacking flavor. The rest of our food was good and we continued with more good & cocktails. We had a wonderful, attentive waitress. Around 7 the owner came over, threw a "reserved" metal sign on our table and literally said "I need you to leave. I need this table." She was incredibly abrupt and rude. We mentioned that we had a drink order in (there were six of us) and an additional appetizer order in. She seemed surprised (clearly she thought we were just sitting there) but instead of apologizing or even being slightly polite she said "you want me to hold this table for an order of onion rings?!" We had spent over $150 at this point. We tried to talk to her and she literally just told us to leave. She ruined our entire night with family. We live in Sheboygan and have been to Anglers MANY times. This was the most HORRIBLE dining experience I have ever had. I cannot believe this woman is the owner of a local business. DO NOT GO TO ANGLERS. Ruined our night with our family. When we walked by later there were two people sitting at our table of six and several empty tables. She likely lost several hundred dollars in continued revenue and we frequent South Pier and will never go there again. HORRIBLE. Absolutely inexcusable
