Love the atmosphere of this place. My kid loved the moving Coca Cola train atop the room. Pretty wild selection of treats. Only real downside was that my kid has a dairy allergy and there were only 3 dairy-free "ice cream" options, and they were fruit sorbets. Would be nice to see one or 2 actual dairy free ice cream options.The friendly kids working this place handled the ridiculous long lines we saw with speed and good service- tip them well!
Fantastic ice cream, amazing atmosphere, a classic experience and a lovely place to have a treat with family, very kid friendly. My family and I stepped in to have some cones at 3:30pm on a Saturday in August so it was naturally pretty busy, The staff was still absolutely great, polite and very quick service even while handling the amount of customers in the parlor at the time, I had butter pecan on a dipped waffle cone and can highly recommend. This is an adorable ice cream shop. They have old-fashioned decorations. There is a mechanical horse small children can ride. There is a train that goes around the top shelf of the entire parlor. The booths are fun. They have tons of flavors of ice cream! And it's on the riverfront. Beautiful!
