Jose's now has two taco trucks and regularly operates out of the old Jaliscos near 14th and Calumet. Sucks that you need to make sure you check for everything you ordered because they miss a lot of stuff. Also didn’t get my half of my order right and messed up the meat on my order too. 3/5 food is still good though.
