We wanted to support a local Black business and acted on a recommendation from a FB group. So glad we did, it was delicious!!! I ordered the ribs with a side of cornbread and greens, my husband got the smothered pork chops with Mac and cheese and baked beans. Went here with my family and ordered to go. A family friend recommended the place, so we figured we'd give it a try! My dad and I shared the chicken wing and rib dinner so we could try the ribs and the chicken. Both meats were delicious and I would order either again, especially the ribs. I never like ribs, but these were fall off the bone and the BBQ sauce was the right amount and perfect complementary flavor. After my first bite of Mac n cheese I am hooked! My husband kept saying "this is so good" between every bite of his Italian beef sandwich. LaTesha, the owner, knows her way around a kitchen! Can't wait to go back.
