The atmosphere is very relaxing for a night out just to have conversations and filled with many great desserts, milkshakes, dirty sodas, and alcoholic options! Always have felt welcomed when here!

Delicious milkshakes. We had the Oreo and cinnamon toast crunch. 10/10 on the flavor scale. Peaceful atmosphere and we'll decorated. Very clean. Friendly and attentive staff and all around good vibe. Will be returning!
It was based on the fact that you asked for suggestions then verbally attacked anyone who made a suggestion. You also get nasty to anyone who leaves unfavorable feedback. You are not a professional business owner. You've changed your business model a LOT. Making it not so clear to everyone exactly what type of business you are. When posters commented on this, AFTER YOU ASKED FOR SUGGESTIONS, it was clearly to me why your business is failing. Numerous reviews mention never being greeted, being ignored. Instead of arguing with people on FB & Google reviews, put that energy into welcoming your customers!

Bad experience, wasn’t greeted for 5-6 min. Saturday esrly afternoon NOT busy, too busy running around fooling with family. Drink was fine, liked the take n go option. Also, the owner is constantly begging the community for business BUT recently bashed the police officers who worked a tough situation. NOT the best etiquette what so ever to BEG the community for biz and then BASH the community. Wow great biz practice. Can’t give 0 but earning a 0.
UPDATE : 10/19 Owner replied 10/18 that they weren’t recently open this day. You ARE open on Saturdays. Or were .. but this doesn’t even say the date I was there, yet you’re defensive in your reply. Rather than thanking someone for coining in, you would rather argue a bad review, versus fix it or take ownership as a “business owner”. Got it. I guess actions and service speak louder than words. Seems like this is a standard in your review replies when it’s not complimentary to you. Great practice .. reputation continues to be what it is.

First off, I want to start off by saying this place is meh. Walk in, don't get greeted, told to look at Facebook for a menu of what they have. Just weird vibes all around.
Secondly, as a business owner who quite literally BEGS people to come into her business, she posts comments like this on social media. As a female business owner how do you put other females down? How sexist. I’d advise you take your business elsewhere unless you agree with these beliefs. Not impressed all around.

I've been here a few times and had an absolute blast everytime. Delicious beverages, great service, good music selections and meticulously clean. I've even ordered the fancy ice cubes and they are perfection. Would recommend for both daytime treats and late night fun! The owner is an absolute gem who literally would give the shirt off her back to anyone who needed it!
