You are not a professional business owner. You've changed your business model a LOT. Making it not so clear to everyone exactly what type of business you are. When posters commented on this, AFTER YOU ASKED FOR SUGGESTIONS, it was clearly to me why your business is failing. Numerous reviews mention never being greeted, being ignored. Instead of arguing with people on FB & Google reviews, put that energy into welcoming your customers!

Bad experience, wasn’t greeted for 5-6 min. Saturday esrly afternoon NOT busy, too busy running around fooling with family. Drink was fine, liked the take n go option. Also, the owner is constantly begging the community for business BUT recently bashed the police officers who worked a tough situation. NOT the best etiquette what so ever to BEG the community for biz and then BASH the community. Wow great biz practice. Can’t give 0 but earning a 0.
UPDATE : 10/19 Owner replied 10/18 that they weren’t recently open this day. You ARE open on Saturdays. Or were .. but this doesn’t even say the date I was there, yet you’re defensive in your reply. Rather than thanking someone for coining in, you would rather argue a bad review, versus fix it or take ownership as a “business owner”. Got it. I guess actions and service speak louder than words. Seems like this is a standard in your review replies when it’s not complimentary to you. Great practice .. reputation continues to be what it is.

Secondly, as a business owner who quite literally BEGS people to come into her business, she posts comments like this on social media. As a female business owner how do you put other females down? How sexist. I’d advise you take your business elsewhere unless you agree with these beliefs. Not impressed all around.

I've been here a few times and had an absolute blast everytime. Delicious beverages, great service, good music selections and meticulously clean. I've even ordered the fancy ice cubes and they are perfection. Would recommend for both daytime treats and late night fun! The owner is an absolute gem who literally would give the shirt off her back to anyone who needed it!

So I stopped by this place several times and I finally went in to check it out. This is an unexpected place, there is lots of glitter everywhere in the bar. They have comfy atmosphere and staff is awesome. It was fun and they have some interesting drinks, so by all means give it a try 😉

We have enjoyed artisan LushLOUNGE drinks from the beginning! Excited to find it included in Lori Helkeś book 100 Things To Do In Sheboygan Before You Die, we brought young critics to decide for themselves how to write a Google Review. Camara (staff) reminded us that it is Family Friendly until 9:00 pm. Busy taking Selfies in the back, coloring, and enjoying drinks while playing our board game....we did not have time to make a bracelet! (Next time...). Thank you LushLOUNGE for always being an experience. Your critics stated, [Drinks are amazing and decorations are fun. Camara listened to us and explained all the drinks. We think our friends and family will definitely love it, too.] The patio outside provided shade and sun to meet all our needs. It was a great option....besides inside. Thank you. We look forward to more adventures!!!
Every other weekend my daughter and I come to Sheboygan to visit grandma, while we’re out here we like to explore the cool places and restaurants Sheboygan has to offer because we’re not from the area. one day while we were hanging out with grandma we decided to look online to see if we could find and thing delicious nearby and stumbled upon the lush lounge and seen the Dubai chocolate Strawberries! That my daughter is obsessed with. It has now become one of our regular spots that we enjoy and have never had a bad experience other than we wish they were open more lol. Also would like to add that the last time we stopped out I accidentally left my debit card at the table and the owner had the kindness to contact me and drive my card back to where I was! That shows the kind of character and kindness of a business owner who really goes out of their way to help people and who is caring!! Of course we’ll be back!

My sister and I decided to try Lush Lounge for the first time tonight. We saw an ad for $5 off strawberry bowls and were excited to support a local business. The pictures looked quite appetizing. Upon entering the business, the atmosphere was harbored with dim lights. There were 2 couples that entered the building before us. So, at this point there were a total of 6 people at the lounge and only 1 worker. Upon entering, the worker unfortunately did NOT acknowledge us but acknowledged the people before us. We took a seat at the bar a few seats away from the couples that entered before us. The worker was able to converse with them about menu items and gave recommendations of what to add to personalize them. She gave mediocre service to these couples. Unfortunately, at NO POINT did this worker acknowledge my sister and I with a “hello” or “I’ll be with you guys in a little bit” to let us know that we would eventually be taken care of. As we don’t prefer confrontation, my sister and I slowly waited our turn. Even another worker (we assume it was the owner) walked in for a brief moment to take care of some errands but yet, no warm words came from either worker. Once she had taken care of couple 1 and couple 2, she then circled back to couple 1 with requests rather than approaching my sister and I for our FIRST order/ request. We ended up waiting roughly 20 minutes trying to be acknowledged, trying to get eye contact with the worker so we wouldn’t seem like rude customers, shouting for her attention. Unfortunately, none of our tactics worked. Eventually, there was a group of girls that entered the building after us. Within 5 minutes, they were asked by the worker, “do you guys know what you want?” prior to being handed menus. After waiting without any service, we just decided to leave as we never received any recognition of being customers in that establishment.
Now, as someone who’s worked in customer service before, I understand that it can get busy with only one worker but acknowledging customers who are entering and leaving is just basic/good customer service etiquette. There’s nothing wrong with letting customers know that it might be a little bit before you are able to serve them. We truly wanted to support this local business. Would have loved to post a picture with recommendations for this establishment. However, with the customer service we received today. I’m not sure we’ll return, which is a real shame. Best of luck to them and I hope no one else will experience the same service as us today.
