I've been to the Green Bay and Sheboygan locations and have had good experiences with both. Depending on when you go, waits can happen, especially during weekends and evenings. I like that there's a waitlist option that helps you know when there's room available. The menu has a delicious variety of food and drink and the staff are so thoughtful and attentive. I always feel right at home!
I was happy with the lasagna plate. I was not happy with the strawberry smoothie. To me, it seemed like a sluchy. I could not drink it because it was so thick with ice and put in a plastic cup. I left it there. I was very disappointed considering it cost me almost $5.00. My husband ordered spaghetti with meatballs and meat sauce. The sauce was so bland. For being an Italian restaurant, the sauce should have been more spicy.
This is a brand new location, so the condition and atmosphere are expected to be high quality, and they are. The food is consistent with all the other locations around the US. The service, however, left very much to be desired.
