There was only one person waiting on tables...seating people...bringing out food..making drinks...cashing people out. They need more people!!

Food was better tonight but the service was horrible. Last 2 visits a week apart, the service was bad. Not sure if I want to try again. Love the food but the workers act like they don't care if we are there or not. Sad.... This use to be my favorite place. Maybe I will order take out or try again in a month or so. Or maybe not.

Finally visited after some time. Greeted and placed. Ordered in timely fashion. Food was good, generally standard. Waitperson never came back to check. Finally did when I was nearly finished and I wanted salsa and he said it's $1.00. Wasn't a fan of tap water. Places who serve it seem to be unconcerned about the chlorine taste.

Dining solo can be challenging. They give good attention to 2 or families more.

Me and my husband went out for dinner. We’ve never been here before and we both LOVED IT! Food was amazing!!! Service was spectacular, very friendly and welcoming!!!
The margarita hit the spot as well!!

Food is great..Margaritas are the best

It was our first time at Pacifico. I got the raspberry margarita on the rocks. It was delicious. I love that it did not taste like rail tequila. The salsa had great flavor. I got the chicken chimichanga which had great flavor, the meat was not dry and I love how it came with guacamole. My fiancé got the Birria tacos which had a lot of flavor and was packed with meat. Overall the food was great but our service was not so good as I had to track down the server to get our check because she didn’t even check on us after we got the food.
