I placed a to go order. The 20 pc bucket was to come with 8 potatoes and coleslaw. I ordered an additional 8 potatoes. I never received the additional 8 potatoes or coleslaw. When calling to discuss my problem the manager interrupted me to basically tell me I was in the wrong and not them. She took no fault because she said she was not the one who took my order. The fish had too many bones. There is one stuck in my throat. Only took a couple bites, 😔.
When I let them know I was told they did not sell that kind of fish that night. However, I am going to bring the container and find out what it was that they gave me. All I wanted was to let them know that whomever they have filleting fish, needs to be replaced.
Disappointed, it will be a very long time before I order fish from anyplace.
