Just horrible omg I will never go there again I asked for chicken and shrimp Alfredo and got noodles with just oil and the food was cold. I also asked for crab crab cakes which tasted nothing like crab cakes there mozzarella sticks aren't mozzarella sticks there wonton wrapper sticks.

Just... No. Owners are cheap and don't care, chefs are unprofessional, food is mediocre at best. They were understaffed and the wait was long, for over priced, under flavored food. We asked for extra napkins and got A napkin. Someone in our party ordered the truffle fries and the food came out with plain fries, not a big deal. But instead of bringing out a new order of the correct fries, the kitchen took back the now cooled fries and seasoned them on a side plate. Of the four of us, none liked their food. The only good item was the French onion soup. The waitress was very friendly, but the lack of wait staff meant she was rushing around and missing things. Overall, not worth it. We should have taken the hint when it was empty on a Friday night, and closes at 9.

We didn't get off to a good start for our first visit as the restaurant was out of multiple menu items we ordered. We weren't happy, but in the end the staff went above and beyond to make up for it. The food was excellent and the staff more than friendly. And the view is fantastic!

When we arrived there were only 2 other tables there. No one came to take our order even though there were 2 waitresses that walked by several times for the other 2 tables, plus a very bored-looking busser. Left after 20 minutes and went to Il Ritorvo instead, which was fantastic, as usual.

The worst place I have ever been. We sat outside and waited for a server for six minutes. Then my sister and I ordered a Portabella Sandwich and a salad. The dressing on the salad tasted like vomit and the Gorgonzola cheese was old. Then my portabella sandwich was cold, with dry bread, no sauce, cold mushroom, and again, old Gorgonzola cheese. Also, there was no music on outside. We couldn't tell our experience because she took seventeen minutes to check on our food. She finally came and we stated our concerns/complaints and then she proceeded to say that she "normally" was a great server. I'm simply done with this place.
WORST EVER!!! Service horrible...wasn't able to substitute fries instead of mashed potatoes, drink orders took 30 minutes, we ended up walking out after 2 hours as we still didn't have our food. So many other negatives as well...

Took my parents here today for mother's day. Was very disappointed. We waited at least a half hour between getting our salad and getting the meal. The restaurant was not busy so no excuse for the delay. When we got our meal it was cold. The waitress never came to ask us how everything was. No explanation on why it took so long. Had to ask for bread with our meal. The food was not worth the price. I will never go back.

There was only one other couple there for Bloodys just after opening on a Sunday morning, but the hostess, owner and bartender were all very hospitable. This is a classic sports bar with all the screens, but it is located right on the river with some nice outdoor seating. A uniquely elevated bar over two tiers of seating provide staff with a good view of most customers, probably helps with prompt service. The Bloodys were good, too!

I would say one of the worst dining experiences we've had, but we didn't stay to eat. There were only 2 other tables of people and us. It took 15 minutes from being seated to have someone come to the table. We ordered food and drinks right away. Cocktails took 20 minutes to arrive and the sodas took another 10 minutes after that. One hour in, when we saw the first table get their food and send it back, we knew our order was at least an hour out. We left money on the table for our drinks and left. The "host" (manager/owner?) just said "well we're shorthanded", but we didn't see him doing anything the entire time we were there. This restaurant is a waste of a great waterview.
