Saw amazing reviews of this place when it first opened up. Never went because I just always figured by the time I’d get there they’d be sold out. This morning I was craving a delicious freshly made donut so I was in the neighborhood, saw they opened in a few minutes so I decided to stop. Cars were already parked waiting, and people were standing at the door. My thought was dang these must be amazing. I get inside, I’m like okay it’s cute and the donuts look amazing. Well I splurged, got 7 donuts. $28 which for a highly reviewed place I’m like okay it’s reasonable. NO. When I say I was DISAPPOINTED, I was so disappointed. The toppings themselves were light and fresh but the donut itself was dry, like it had been sitting out for hours. When I bite into a donut- I want that omg this is soo fresh hands down best thing right?! Not here. I am not one to make reviews and bash people, but this is not it. Save your money. Made fresh everyday? Doubtful. Time to change up the profession because this is just not it. At all. Now reading the more recent reviews, I wish I would have freshened up on my research before wasting my $$ on donuts that went straight to the trash.

These donuts were amazing! We saw the Midwest Munchers post about this shop and came to try them. I made a mistake on my order and they were so kind in helping me. I can’t wait to come back to town to try them again! My 18 month old loved the strawberry cheesecake donut. The s’mores was my favorite! You need to try this place!!

Their doughnuts are works of art! The store is adorable and the lady at the register was very kind. With that being said, the doughnuts themselves don’t have much flavor outside of their toppings and the cream is very thick on the inside. I was expecting a lighter, fluffier doughnut. I’d still recommend giving it a try because the toppings are delicious!

I was going to give a one star but that’s just rude and I’m going to be nice. I usually do the 3 strikes your out rule and I only visited once. We drove an hour and a half for these donuts because I’m pregnant and I wanted donuts like HURTS donuts, but they are permanently closed ??
So I had high expectations entering anyway.
I only had like 2 flavors to choose from and I didn’t want any but we drove all the way. It’s my fault , I should’ve pre - ordered. I just hoped if we got there early it wouldn’t be a problem. But I guess either they sell out really fast or they don’t make enough for the day.

The one donut was just not good and I’m a very sweet type of person. I love sweets unfortunately haha. The other donut was pretty good! It tasted fresh for sure. For the price and taste and quality of the donuts , I would just go to my local small town bakery and get the same donuts for better price.

I’m not complaining about the price, I’m sad about the variety. Even online the website didn’t look like many that I wanted.

If I’m ever back in town, maybe I’ll try again. I do like to give it 3 times before I give up.

The staff were very friendly.

Ok, I will start with the positives: The store is cute, the staff is very nice and seems to know their product, and the donuts are stunningly gorgeous. BUT, we all know why we get donuts, don’t we? It’s not to look at them, it is to eat them, and at the price of $3.75 PER DONUT we expect the taste and texture to be even more exquisite than the appearance. I am sorry to say that we were deeply disappointed with the lack of flavor in general and the foam-rubber-like texture of the dough itself. The donuts were overwhelmingly sweet with no flavor other than sugar. The dough had zero flavor and it was dry-ish. Even warming them up in the microwave did not help with the texture. We pre-ordered 4 boxes of 8 each, to the tune of $120. Most of them ended up in the landfill. We came to Sheboygan specifically to go to this donut shop. I wish we had gone to City Bakery instead. There is a reason they have been in business for so long. I recommend that you buy your donuts from City or basically ANY other bakery, including any grocery store bakery, where you will get much better donuts for much less money. Sorry, owners. You have a great idea, but your product needs a LOT of improvement! Note: we did not try the coffee or anything else on the menu.

Honest review- Dry no favor not fresh I wonder if they freeze them your paying for the display on them. Topping was all sugar! They make these look so good on social media a huge let down. Save yourself and go to crumble cookie instead. Wish I could get my time and money back from driving from Fond du Lac! Total

Dietary restrictions: There were 2 flavors of donut holes and a very small amount. No full size donuts at all. Limited beverage choices. Didn't even get ice in my water. No reason to go there again.

Clean location and friendly service. Every donut is a delight and may lead to additional donuts being desired.

Highly recommend a stop here! We tried the lemon cheesecake, s’mores, and cereal milk and all were amazing, but cereal milk is truly fantastic. In regards to a previous review who said the doughnuts taste like styrofoam, I’d love to know where they get their styrofoam, but also, tasting a frosted doughnut without the frosting is a little unfair. If the dough was sweeter, eating it with frosting would be too sickeningly sweet, and removing sugar from the frosting would ruin its texture and consistency. The bakers at Sunday Dough know what they’re doing, and I found the balance of flavor and sweetness perfect. We also ordered online and pickup was a breeze. Looking forward to trying more flavors!

Incredible donut and unique flavors that change monthly. If you are definitely wanting a specific flavor there is an option to preorder/pay and just pickup on Friday, Saturday or Sunday-your choice! They also have donut holes and misfits. A misfit is 3ish bites of the full size donut and in my opinion a great way to try of a flavor!
Wonderful addition to Sheboygans sweet treats!

Cute shop. Plenty of parking on the street. Plenty of inventory. These are decadent. I purchased online and upon my arrival my box was neatly packaged and waiting.
