While waiting to be seated, the woman taking names at the host stand was incredibly rude to an elderly gentleman in line ahead of us. She told him to sit at the bar since he was alone, and when he politely asked for a booth, she snapped at him and curtly pointed to the waiting area, telling him he would have to wait. The gentleman was wearing a veteran hat indicating he was a Marine and appeared to be over 80 years old.

The manager Olivia Thomas is posting pictures of my baby in their work groupchat for some reason, very weird and unprofessional behavior. I nor my girlfriend do not work their anymore and have not for over a year yet they continue to harass us.
The service here has gone downhill. Just went here tonight for dinner to celebrate my parents 30th wedding anniversary and the service was awful. Had to wait 20 minutes for drinks and another 15 minutes for a spoon and A1 sauce. The service goes from bad to worse EVERY SINGLE TIME we come here. It's not the same anymore. I'm not sure if we will going back since this isn't the first time we've had crappy service at this place. We should've gone somewhere else. What a waste of $70.00.
