I've been to quite a few Texas Roadhouses and other steak house chain restaurants. By far the best one I've been to. Ate here Father's Day night, so they were packed, but service was quick. I did not have a long wait time for a table, drinks, or food, and everything was delicious. Our server Vincent was excellent, friendly, fun, and attentive. He definitely knows how to up sell! But I appreciate him for it because he got me to try toppings I normally wouldn't...
It was busy. We (2 people) were there 1:30p: waited 15 min to be seated.
Ordered and it took awhile, waitress brings my filet out on a big plate and tells me they ran out of mashed potatoes and there’s a 10 min. wait. I wasn’t going to eat my steak and have my mashed potatoes show up later! Had to settle for FF. Left the restaurant at 3:00p and disappointed.
