Our first day in De Pere for vacation and there was a food truck event. We chose 4 Schmidts and Giggles BBQ and YUMMMMMM! We do as many food trucks and new places to try as we can! I'm so happy we had a chance to try this food truck! the whole family was super nice! The food was SPOT ON! The fries cooked perfectly crispy, the bbq sandwiches so good and the coleslaw so good. 4 Schmidts and Giggles BBQ was outstanding to work with for our wedding! The trailer arriving to the venue gave the wow factor before dinner and mouths were watering! Tina and the crew were very attentive to our guests and made our wedding stand out with the quality of the food! It has been 2 weeks since our wedding and we continue to get compliments from our guests on the food and we also have never had better food at a wedding.
