We had 4 Schmidt’s & Giggles cater our wedding with pulled pork and brisket and a few sides, as well as a charcuterie board and everything was delicious. Absolutely delicious and the owners were very helpful to get a meal for my son with celiac disease. All meats, sauces and tortilla chips are gluten free. My son loved it as did we!
Exceptional customer service. We were left in a pinch with another company, but 4 Schmidt’s and Giggles BBQ saved the day. Easy communication leading up to the events and checking in the following day to ensure everything was what we expected. Our guests raved about the brisket and chicken for a taco/fajita meal at our Holy Guacamole themed party. Highly recommend and will consider using for future business. Thanks again!!
