This place is excellent, I was able to sample 4 different smoked meats and they all were delicious. I went on a Friday for lunch and the place was consistently packed. The owner was extremely apologetic for the wait, which was no problem. she was very busy, and was still able to be kind, attentive, and happy. The family that runs the business seem like great people. My Husband raved about the cornbread, and the beans. I liked the mac and cheese. Neither of us are potato salad...
Truly the best texas bbq in Wisconsin. You can taste the love that's in this food. The owners are fantastic and make you feel right at home. I can't express how wonderful this place is.
It's the best texas style bbq in the fox valley. The family who owns the restaurant is extremely nice and personable. The food is out of this world and the menu has something for everybody. The ribs are off the chart, very tender, smoked to perfection.
