Good coffee, decent food options, not Starbucks

While I was here 12/20 4:00 pm, a Black woman was quietly resting at a table with a coffee from Fiddleheads. The store manager called the police on her and the police escorted her out telling her to go to a different establishment. She calmly stated she was homeless and had no idea where else she would go right now, and the officer suggested Culver’s. She walked out with her bags without any issue. It is winter and very cold. She was doing nothing wrong. And as far as I’m concerned I can sit at a coffee shop with my drink for as long as I’d like.

Today is the day that baristas finally convinced me to just make coffee at home. I've been overcharged and underserved by the rude, incompetent, dead behind the eyes people at Fiddleheads for the last time. I will not be back. On the bright side, I will be saving a lot of money in the new year.

Kwik trip cappuccino is better than this. It won’t let me attach a picture to the review but what’s the point of ordering a 20 oz drink if the cup is only 2/3rds full? I can’t imagine what a small looks like.

Edit : Honestly, that would be great. I do wish I could post a picture because after I posted this I poured it into my travel mug which has a stated capacity of 20.9 ounces and it was barely over half way so even my initial estimate of 2/3rds was generous.

Extremely long wait time for just one cup of coffee. Team member was rambling with coworker instead of making my coffee.

My new fav fiddleheads I used to go to the one in Menomonee falls but I have to say love the automophere here and the staff is great plus the food and drinks where perfect!!!

Amazing coffee shop! Have gone here every day for over two years to do my homework and study and the baristas are super nice and love recommending drinks, especially Hoku! Definitely my favorite coffee shop
