The Island Delight roll is described as fresh, beautiful, and melting in your mouth like butter. The staff is friendly and the service is excellent. The quality of the sushi is consistently high, and it is reasonably priced. The restaurant is a hidden gem, and even when trying sushi from other places while on vacation, it has been disappointing and couldn't compare to Nancy's.
