Just found the love of my life at City Market…. I have searched for years to find that one go to drink that I could look forward to after intense exercise… you know… that treat? That motivator.

I had lunch here with my mom and a friend around 1 PM on a Sunday. The service was wonderful and the food was good! My only complaint is that the floors are often dirty and the tables aren't wiped down... but the employees are SO kind and friendly and if I ask them to wipe down a table, they will do it right away without question.

As for the menu: I love their chili, fresh veggie stack on a wrap, and Greek chicken on a wrap. Their baked goods are always fresh and delicious! I love the oatmeal cookie, Tollhouse chocolate chip cookie, and cinnamon roll.

The food was delicious. The service was good. I was a little confused on the beverage issue. I go there every time I'm in town. Its my granddaughter and my favorite spot to go for lunch!

A few weeks ago, I purchased two items from this restaurant, but one was missing from my bag when I arrived home. I called the restaurant and was given the option to either return for the second item or receive a full refund. Since I lived more than 30 minutes from the Shorewood location, I requested a refund. I NEVER received the refund. I will not be going to this restaurant ever again. Please ensure that if you're making a to-go order, you check that all the items you purchased are in the bag, because they WILL NOT issue you a refund.

The bread is hard as HELL.

The food is always great here.
Whats starting to gripe me is the expectation of a tip for ringing up a loaf of bread, or a bag or two of coffee?
Please, yes we tip when we order sit down, but think about it we don't get seated, we have to give them a number, we must go fill our own coffee, and bus the table when we're finished?
How does this justify tipping, when nothing more than taking and order happened.
