Was driving through and was looking for some good food. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Food was good portions and worth stopping. Ordered the Reuben for myself. My kids went to town on some mac and cheese and a cheese burger with fries.Kid-friendliness: The kids menu was not posted but the staff informed me they had a few items for kids.Cheeseburger, grilled cheese, mac and cheese, or chicken tenders.

Jeff is a great bartender and knows so much about the town. It’s a great stop for your first night in Shullsburg. Freshest cheese curds in your life!
The Burg is a great place. The town is so cute. We stopped in this evening to get s bite to eat on our way home from Iowa. They had a very limited menu due to Christmas festivities going on in the town. I am gluten free and did not see anything on the menu I could have. The Waitress was so nice and offered something that was not being offered (a really amazing grilled chicken salad). So nice of her to go above and beyond to accommodate my crazy eating. Thank you!! We will be back! Happy Holidays!
