Silver Spoon Gastropub & Pizzeria

Presentation of food is a total miss. Runny sauce, no understanding of plating food, melting cheese on something doesn't make it less of a disaster underneath, fake crab in a crab taco???? Culinary school anyone?

Delicious as always, loved the chorizo quasi, pork belly tacos, and shrimp tacos. The silver margaritas were wonderful too. Typed it all of at the ice cream shop across the street.

Recently under new ownership by Ken, a professional chef and Barb (really), his energetic and ebulent wife, this charming little place serves unique and delicious food. My wife had the crustless pizza and I had a great pasta creation called Voodoo. The regular pizza looked good, too. We will definitely be back to explore the rest of their menu.

They either can’t handle the demand or they’re understaffed. Either way, tonight was my 3rd attempt at trying to order food from them and they put me on hold for over 10 min. I waited because they simply set the phone aside (versus an actual hold) and I kept thinking someone would pick up. But they clearly forgot about me because I could hear them talking about random things. Then, when I hung up and tried calling again I (as one would expect) kept getting a busy signal. Super annoyed; won’t be attempting to order there again. Will stick to Copper Bottom.

This place is a hidden gem. Highly recommend!Set in an old bank, it had a nice ambiance, amazing food & friendly energetic staff. It's hard to find places like this away from busy chaotic business districts or malls.One of their signatures is the "spoon dip", a creamy dip with just the right amount of garlic. The dip is amazing on the home made potato chips, french fries or the pizza crust chips!I had the voodoo pasta. Blackened chicken and shrimp with red & orange peppers, onions, home made sausage and bowtie pasta in a creamy tomato sauce. The dish had the perfect amount of spiciness for me.I was very impressed with the amount of chicken, shrimp & sausage. The homade sausage was amazing, too. The meal was delicious. The portion was generous and now I have enough for a lunch this week.The wait staff was very polite and attentive and the owner/chef stopped by our table to see if we were enjoying our meal. He explained everything is made from scratch and you could tell.We really enjoyed our dinning experience.We will definitely visit again.

We like to try new places and happened upon this little gem in Silver Lake. The service was super friendly and welcoming. The food is absolutely amazing! Everything is made fresh and does not disappoint!! Their signature Spoon Dip is a game changer! This is the quaint unique dining experience this area needed. The prices are extremely reasonable compared to most. You owe it to yourself to give this place a try. We'll definitely be going back!!

Very quaint little place. We stopped in for breakfast, it was really good. Great portions sizes and fresh homemade food at reasonable prices. Owners were very nice! Service and Bloody Mary's were excellent. Looking forward to having dinner there.

I am not usually in SilverLake after 7:00 Pm. But many of my clients said it was very good. It was more than good Excellent. I recommend the Italian food.

The pizza was way undercooked and they were pretty stingy with the 3 toppings as they only sprinkled some smallbdiced green peppers and sausage..and the cheesecake was overpriced at $10 perslice.

Excellent service, great drinks and the food is amazing

We've been there a few times now and every time has been excellent. The service was great and the food was delicious and well prepared. They're doing everything right. A great new addition to the area for dining out. Give them a try, I think you'll be impressed !!

Wonderful and interesting cocktail menu to choose from. We split some appetizers and all were great. Shrimp, calamari, bruschetta, and a great salad. Can't wait to come back when the weather is warmer and try out their patio.

Amazing service! Everyone is super nice. Very cozy and inviting atmosphere. Food is out of this world! Very clean and well kept. Staff is accommodating and friendly. Food was prepared perfectly and quickly. We had a lovely date night there and will definitely be going back

Eating in the restaurant was a great experience but the last two times we tried ordering pizza from there it was less than stellar. We ordered the pizza “well done” and both times the pizza was just barely cooked. The cheese was melted but that was it. Unfortunately we won’t be ordering takeout anymore but maybe we’ll give dining in another shot.

What a wonderful place! We were greeted immediately! There was a lot of pride in the servers, with good reason- the food was fabulous and the prices very reasonable. Basically everything we had was home made. Definitely worth trying out! You will get great service. Fantastic food and help small businesses!
