The employees were really nice! I stopped by to get a chili cheese dog and a burger and all of my food was amazing. Glad this is close to one of my work sites so I can run by again on my way home!

They took a little long to make it, then I got it, fries were great, as always, nice cup of rootbeer soda. I drove to a lot 15 mins away, what a disappointment.
As I bit the sandwich it all fell apart on my lap. The bun top was so hard to bite through, I had to tear it off. I was too far to go back. But they are up to no good or romething. What a mess, mayo, ketchup lettuce and patties all over my lap. I won't do the
drive thru again.

All the employees are nice. There’s a lady that’s been working here for a while and she’s the best - always friendly and cheerful and if you have to wait on something, she always let you know right away. The food is hot and fresh and the treats just seem to taste better at this location.

Handing out inedible food and then not answering 8/9 phone calls is unacceptable.

Growing up around the area, this has been my go-to dq and I’ve only had a problem once before and it was small. But last night I did a mobile order at about 8:30pm, due to pick up at about 8:45pm. I showed up at about that time but my ice cream was already half melted- which is whatever and kind of expected. But I also ordered some pretzel sticks and they were hard as rocks and had to throw $10 worth of food out. I called 6 times between 9:07 and 9:11 PM and no one answered. The next day a little after 11am, I called another 3 times and finally somebody answered the phone. They instantly remembered my order- like they knew I would call or come back.

Now if it wasn’t for making 9 phone calls, I probably wouldn’t be leaving this review. The lady was fine over the speaker and the phone, thank you for making it easy and listening to me when I said I wanted a refund since I can’t make it out there anytime soon. However, after my refund, I was personally messaged from the worker, which is something no restaurant should be doing??? I’m already messaged through the app and my bank as well…. I don’t need your personal number.

Don’t think I’m ever coming back if that’s how you wanna run a store.

Honestly it's been pretty terrible the past few years. I used to love this dairy Queen. Staff usually seems like I'm bothering them to order. Some times they will just tell me the kitchens closed when I know it's not, or just not answer the intercom to act like they are closed, hour before they actually close. They just don't want to work. Other times they will either forget something on my orders, or it looks like they threw my order against the wall. Nothing but sighs from the teenage girls behind the counter.

Their service needs help. We just ordered 1 strawberry Sunday. And by the time we got it, it was already melting. It's just a very slow service.

I'm not sure if they were out of m&ms but it took 3 spoons of my blizzard to get one chunk of m&m. Quit skimping because I'd rather drive to burlington to get a real blizzard

I have to say excellent. I never had a bad experience here. CrAzY Connie can put a smile on anybody's face. Food that is supposed to be hot is hot. Nice spot a few blocks away by the river to enjoy the good lunch. 5 stars.

Awesome fast food resturtant where service is super fast and orders are tasty and accurate. Staff is so friendly and welcoming. A must visit.💗♥️

Maybe update hours. We got there at 8:15 and they were not open, when it says on facebook and online that they close at 9.
