April 2024 and down we go.It was literally 2 hours after I raised it back to 5 stars:Ordered a blizzard in the app. Got there a few minutes early, so I waited outside. Went in and waited anither 7 minutes before even being asked, "Have you been helped yet?"I honestly wasn't going to change the review because there were a few people in the store. Not busy per se, but busier than usual (8 pm on a Tuesday night). Until the worker asked if I had been helped, then handed my order and said perfect timing.I didn't say anything to her but wanted to say perfect timing isn't waiting for 7 minutes before even being acknowledged. On top of being 5 minutes after the time, the order said it would be ready. There were quite a few people working, and a few looked like they had no clue what to do and weren't really doing anything.--------Updated to 5 stars April 2024 (didn't last very long)Ever since the app went live, every order has been ready and correct. There are regular deals in the app for discounts. The app has glitched a few times and wouldn't work, but I'm still moving it back to 5 stars.--------------Updated 2023Can now order through the app. The food was ready to go, and everything was correct.If this continues, it will easily move to 5 stars. Only 4 because of past experiences.=========Old review 1 starOrdered an a1 burger, no special instructions, no fries, and no drink. Get home, and it's still wrong. On par with past visits.
