Succulent and sexy! What a great experience. The Filet was perfect, the lobster mind blowing! The Chop salad was a stunning beginning and the Carrot cake was more satisfying than the apex of a Valentine's Night.

We’ve always loved coming here, which is why tonight’s experience was so surprisingly disappointing. On Valentine’s Day, we expected the level of service we’ve consistently received in the past, but unfortunately that wasn’t the case. Our woman server downstairs was largely absent throughout the evening. My girlfriend is gluten free, and there didn’t seem to be much interest in ensuring her dietary needs were properly addressed, including confirming whether the mashed potatoes were gluten free. She could’ve cared less.
She didn’t bring our food out, didn’t bring our free dessert out, and never once came back to check on us after anything was delivered. We weren’t asked how the meal was, whether everything came out correctly, or if we needed anything further. It genuinely felt like we were left to figure everything out on our own.
What made the situation even more uncomfortable was when she brought over the Toast payment machine with the 20% tip already highlighted and held it in front of me while I was signing. After receiving virtually no service throughout the evening, being put in a position where that option was presented so directly felt more pressuring than appropriate. It left us feeling awkward and obligated rather than appreciative, which unfortunately matched the overall tone of the experience.
We’ve always had exceptional experiences here, which made this visit stand out in a way we didn’t expect. We talked with a manager but received nothing but our tip back, which left us feeling a bit distasteful.

Went to a drink making presentation and afterwards ate dinner. Interesting presentation and food was good
Adam was our server. Excellent...very attentive to all our needs and requests. We will be back.
Our service was excellent! Our waiter was very attentive and helpful with the menu. I have the 12 ounce ribeye with the chopped sauce. It was done exactly to my specifications. It was tender and delicious with that sauce. My wife had a scallops, asparagus and raved about her dinner. The ambience was upscale, casual, and the noise level was a little above average, but not so that we couldn't talk to each other. I highly recommend Chop!
We've enjoyed dining many times at Chop and feel it's the finest restaurant in Door County. The food is delicious, servings are plentiful, and pricing is on par for this. Staff is personable and friendly. It would be helpful to have a second bartender during happy hour so patrons at the tables aren't waiting at length for drinks. I would highly recommend Chop for your next dining experience.
Wow wow wow! Chop blew us away! Everything was delicious. Pictured here is my vegetarian meal of mushroom ravioli, Caesar salad, and a decadent slice of key lime pie for dessert! I have absolutely no notes which is almost unheard of! Our server Vlad was also very helpful and provided great service to us!
We will definitely be back next time we are in the area!

The soup was very watered down with little taste. The steak medallions were very over peppered and dry. Mashed potatoes very dry with no butter, etc.
The goat cheese appetizer was good.
Overall, not impressed for the prices.

Worth going early for the 3 course “early dinner menu.” CHOP is a legit nice restaurant in the area. Make a reservation in advance.
Recommend the Fig Ripple cocktail!
George was a great server!
Only downside was other customers etiquette. Not a knock to the restaurant - I’ve just noticed around Door County people tend to take calls and be a bit rude/inconsiderate to other patrons.

My wife and I went here for an anniversary dinner. We originally were going to go to Donny's Glidden but could not get in per availability. Decided to try a new place. Drinks and food were very good. Only thing i didn't like was it's not as private as you could be seated very close to another couple. Otherwise it has a very new and modern take. Great addition to the area.

The food is always excellent. Our server, Bree, was fantastic. She was friendly, checked on us often and answered all our questions. I had the beef burgundy and my wife had the ragu on the early bird special. The carrot cake is great. Hopefully, on our next trip Bree will be our server! Great job Bree!
Food was excellent. It can be a little crowded and noisy.

Great happy hour and wonderful dinner! Duck and steak were our favorites. Chop salad rocks! Try the carrot cake for dessert!
