The food quality this year was just ok. Service was good, but not great like it used to be. Ambiance is lacking since they moved to this large space and sitting next to a fish fry crowd made the experience less special than it used to feel. And what's with the extra General Services Fee of 3.99%? We were told it does not go to the servers!

Our food was wonderful. Our hostess got us a table earlier when we arrived a little bit early and requested one. Everyone was extremely polite and very accommodating. We had steak and walleye. Both were fantastic. We will definitely go back again.

Great service, atmosphere and food! Apps were Scallops with bacon, garlic and lemon aioli & Goat cheese crostinis.Both so amazing so glad we got both!Table got Salmon, steak and I had the sushi special, all perfect!Then dessert carrot a must, also banana Foster’s cheesecake on and ice cream!

My freinds, family and I love CHOP. ALWAYSperferfectly prepared entrees, no matter what the choice. The servers are all friendly and efficient. This is one of the best restaurants in Door County.

Great atmosphere. Lively. We ate inside this time but we have also enjoyed seating outside on their rooftop patio. Heaters are great to take off the chill on a cool fall night.Food was really good. They start with a basket of warm light tasty popovers. We ordered goat cheese bruschetta and pot stickers for apps. Bruschetta was a little sweet for my taste but very good. I ordered the chop salad for dinner. One of the best I have every had! I would highly recommend this restaurant and I would also recommend making reservations.

Had a great dining experience - event was my wife’s birthday and our teenage kids were also with us. Steaks were great and service was very good. Servers gave the extra effort. Filets were done exactly as ordered and delicious. Desserts were an added bonus. We’ll be back!

Went for New Years Eve dinner. The food and unique cocktails were amazing!! I had the 10oz filet my husband had the tenderloin medallions. We both loved our entrees. The steak was cooked perfectly to order. Meal was very filling so I got dessert to go. Definitely recommend the carrot cake. We've eaten here a few other times and it never disappoints. Will be back again.

Chop never disappoints! NYE was a busy night and we had 2 children in our group but our service was attentive, we did not feel rushed, and everyone enjoyed their meals. One of our favorites in Door County for a nice dinner out.

Easy reservations using Open Table App. 3 course meal off Early Dining Menu was delicious and great value! Server was incredible! Everything was delivered to our table quick and fresh and with kindness. Thank you for ann awesome experience!

My only issue was the bill. Over $200 for 4 people b4 tip with only 2 glasses of house wine and 2 beers, no appetizers or desserts. The 3.99% "service charge" on top of the bill was, I feel, out of line given the price of each entree.
