Worst fast-food experience I’ve ever had.
I went through the drive-thru and ordered two kids’ meals and a BBQ chicken sandwich combo for nearly $25. After paying, I was told to pull up by the “red fence” and wait for my food. There wasn’t even a red fence, so I pulled ahead near a red bollard and waited.
After 23 minutes with no food and no communication, my kids and I had run out of patience. I finally drove back around to find out what was going on. About a minute later, they brought out my order, but it was still missing the dipping sauces I had ordered.
Long wait times can happen, but the lack of communication and the incomplete order made this an extremely frustrating experience. Unfortunately, this visit was enough to make me decide not to return to Popeyes in the future.

I looked at my chicken it did not look right chicken breast Wing look really weird it really upset my stomach it did not look like a chicken breast.🤮

Awful! We ordered on the app and the door was already locked at 8:55pm! We had to go through the LONG drive-thru line to get our COLD food!!! If you can order online the lobby NEEDS to stay open! You can keep the doors open for pick-up orders only!!!

I don't believe you are getting a good value for the cost of the meal. $37 for 2 teas, 8pc box fries and biscuits is about $9 dollars too high! Your foods are in a cheap cardboard box inside a plastic bag. You aren't sitting with glassware and plates at a comfy table! You are un your car to go home and eat. Use your own dishes and clean your own mess. Drive thru shouldn't cost as much as sitting inside a proper restaurant setting. Overpriced, for sure, it the reason why for the last 6 years we have only gone maybe 10 times to any Popeye's. Before that, for us as a family it was a weekly routine for 12 years straight (2004 - 2016). We got value, and felt satisfied with the expense made. It was also looked forward to the days leading to it. Now, it is an if we must, we must and take the hit! It saddens me, really. Shame that it is like this now.

I traveled for this one. Was told they were way better. I disagree. Dry potatoes.... Not enough beans in the rice... Soda was watered down and flat. Fried pickles weren't the best. Shrimp and chicken were on point tho.
After leaving the DURAND location dissatisfied, we came here and were well taken care of! Fresh food, great spirits, and even better problem solving skills !

I just left the Popeyes on Durand Ave, Racine (DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME AT DURAND AVE!!!!) after I received crap service. I drove to this location in Kenosha, and was greeted upon entering. This location is sooooo much nicer than the other one, customer service was great and food was fresh! I will drive every time to this location, when I live in Racine! Just to get good food, good service, and a clean location!!!!

I bought the Five Nights at Freddy's meal it wasn't nothing but crust and I also bought a breast and biscuit and and received a thigh but it didn't even look like a thigh either I don't know what it was .
