Updated: We went back again and the food was as delicious as the first time. The corn fritters with honey butter were absolutely delicious. The staff was super attentive and quickly refilled drinks and inquired how we were doing. The atmosphere was conducive for visiting and talking with friends over a wonderful dining experience. They also have more than just fish. They have special dining nights of build your own mac & cheese, taco night, and loaded tater tots. The problem on Fridays, however, is making a decision to eat something else because the fish fry was so delicious. But I guess that’s a good problem to have. Be sure to go and check this place out. This is one of those Mom and Pop businesses that deserves and could use your support.

Staff was very friendly and very attentive, Plenty of seating. This is one of those hidden gems on the south side along the upper lakefront roads in South Milwaukee. There’s an outdoor patio area also. Plenty of street parking. So if you’re looking for a traditional Milwaukee/Wisconsin fish fry…. Be sure to make this one of your stops. This place also has plenty of additional menu items and dinner specials throughout the week.

Walked in this morning with a dear friend of mine who always speaks highly of this establishment.. To be greeted at the door by the a very unhealthy looking bartender, who tells me and my friend she will not serve us.. Mind you we hadn’t even spoken to her, she could not even give a valid reason why she wouldn’t serve us.. I’ve been to this establishment several times and never been treated so bad in my life.. I think I will be contacting the NAACP about this

Lived in So MKE for 8 yrs and didn't know Thirsy's existed until a review popped up in the Milwaukee Foodie group. Went on a whim for Friday fish fry and it was a great choice. Busy place, ate at the bar and it was an outstanding experience. The food served was plentiful and was two meals. Yum!!

I come here every once in a while. The pizza is good. The cleanliness could be better, got dusty plates and the tops of the shakers were dirty. Some of the bartenders are fun. A few of the females bartender act like they don't want to be here and are only nice to their regulars and people who spend money. The biggest downfall is only have one woman's bathroom, one bathroom, one toilet. A few times during a girls' night out, we've used the men's bathroom, which, as we all now smells like pee and is filthy dirty but ya drunk and gotta go pee ?♀️??♀️ otherwise it's a fun little corner bar.
Parking: They have some parking in front, otherwise during the busy days parking is hard to find.
Wheelchair accessibility: There's a ramp to get in but to get to the back of the bar is a step.
