My family and I attempted to eat at Jack’s in Milton, Florida tonight. We walked up to the counter to place our order and stood there for approximately 5–10 minutes without being acknowledged.
During that time, we watched a young lady complete four to-go orders. We overheard employees discussing that someone needed to come help at the front counter, yet no one acknowledged us, let us know that we’d be assisted shortly or walked to the back to ask for help.

To wait 45 minutes for hot dogs and 4 cars in front of you is ridiculous.
